My husband and I stayed at this hotel when visiting my son and his family in nearby St Austell. The location was perfect for us as it is so close to my son's home. However, it is out of town and you would need a car to get to it. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We...

Stopped here for 2 nights whilst visiting Eden Project. One of the better Premiers we have stayed in. Very clean and reception staff were very attentive. Only minor niggle is inadequate car park due to builders' vans and equipment for the hotel extension.

My husband and I decided to extend our first wedding anniversary trip by visiting the Eden Project and this Premier Inn is ideally placed to do such a visit. There are building works going on but you are advised about this when booking and to be honest only affects Reception. Reception Staff were happy and very helpful. The room was...

Just a one night stay, but usual Premier Inn standards were as expected. Reasonable size room, comfortable bed, big TV, OK WiFi reception. There was some makeover work going on in the car park and also the main reception area, which meant you had to walk through a work area to get to / from the rooms, but it is...

Everything was very well done. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. I would certainly stay there again. Parking is free and on site. Although the hotel is on a main road I hardly heard any noise from the traffic.

A great Premier Inn in a great location, with lovely views over the Cornish coast if you have a room on the correct side of the hotel. The Whitbread pub next door was also excellent for a drink or food.

Had a great stay while I attended a friends wedding, rooms are clean & tidy, staff helpful & friendly and made sure all taxi's we required were booked. The restaurant next door was good to, with great food, especially the buffet breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. A great location for the Eden project & other nice coastal towns...

Our stay coincided with major works being completed at the hotel. We were called and advised there would be disruption in the reception area and this was not an issue for us in reality. Our room was clean, although it was right at the end of a corridor where the new extension was being built. We did mention that our...

Being a Premier Inn there's not much to add in terms of the room, other than it was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable (the hotel is being extended currently, so once the new rooms are open expect the more modern look and feel of those rooms, no doubt) although our room did have a large, wallmounted flatscreen TV....

A well developed site with rooms up to the usual Premier Inn standard. The Hotel is located a good distance from St Austell consequently it is necessary to drive to any of the Local Reastaurants, Hotels, clubs or watever.
