Very welcoming couple at this bed and breakfast, very helpful with where to get to and where to eat etc. Rooms are decorated in a modern style and are warm. I have to say the breakfast was lovely, and I would certainly be happy to stay there again.

I stayed for 1 night on Thursday 6th March- I travel a lot and stay in many B&Bs throughout Cornwall - this has probably been the best. The room with en suite is large. spacious & well equipped with a great power shower. Massive guest lounge with bar and giant screen TV and very interesting décor, furniture and unusual ornaments....

Service was superb, clean and tidy place. Lovely couple who had local knowledge and always happy to go beyond to help out. Breakfast was great with a lot of selection. Couldn't fault the stay at all. Would go again in future if heading to St Austell. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival at Topos we were a bit unsure as it did not look entirely like the photos from the front (although to be fair, we did arrive in horrible weather conditions). However, Topos is beautifully decorated inside, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The furnishing is very tasteful and we really enjoyed the little touches such as...

Based on these reviews we picked this B&B and we are glad that we did. We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived outside as it doesnt look like your usual B&B, but inside its so spacious, clean and friendly. It was an pleasant walk over to the St Austell Brewery and a nice walk into town too. Greg...

Spend one night here, on a visit to the Eden Centre. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by Greg, given a quick tour of the unusual but fabulous house and facilities and then a comprehensive description and map of the surrounding area for an evening visit and meal. Our room was the smaller double, but was very...

We were very impressed by Topos B&B, both with the unusual layout of the building and the attention to detail; the iced water for night-time drinking was very welcome, as was the heated towel rail on a chilly September evening. Loved the décor - Argentine Tango print in our room was gorgeous! Greg, our host, was very knowledgeable about the...
