We stayed here for one night and wished we were staying longer! This B&B is excellent. The room was immaculate and the owners were really friendly - providing a lift from the train station (though you can walk the distance in 5-10mins) and pointing out restaurants etc. The breakfast was yummy after an extremely comfy nights sleep! Not to mention...

A wonderful B&B. Greg bent over backwards to ensure everything was in order! The room was very spacious, great bed... HUGE towels in the bathroom.... chocolates and ice water! Doesn't get much better (well, , maybe if they had more stable internet access). Excellent breakfast! Overall.... 5 stars! Note... .they only do accept cash.... no credit cards.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights at Topos in St Austell (Sept '12) as we wanted to visit the Eden Project after spending time in St Ives. Greg was a great help - he picked us up from the station as we had no car and provided a hand-drawn map of the area, pointing out places to eat...

We stayed here for 4 nights and would have liked to stay for more. The rooms food and hosts were fantastic. Greg gave us a map of the area with places of interest and places to eat. There is a huge lounge to relax in and outside space should the weather be kind. We would certainly recommend and go again...

Went to St Austell for 2 nights without booking accommodation, luckily our first choice hotel was fully booked otherwise we would not have found this jewel. Greeting and hospitality was brilliant, accommodation and breakfast was first class. Would, and have recommended Topos to our friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had a fantastic experience! Greg and Linda were very accommodating and showed us around the B&B. There was a big lounge to sit in, decking area and patio outside, sauna available and the rooms were decorated with modern furnishings and were lovely to relax in! Greg gave us a map and told...

We have just returned from our 4th trip to this fabulous B&B. The atmosphere is so warm & friendly - we feel that our hosts Greg & Lynda are our friends now. Greg has a wealth of knowledge of the local area - and is always ready with places of note to visit. Topos is a real home away from...

I stayed at Topos with a friend and my son aged 11 years. We had two beautifully decorated rooms - one en-suite - and the whole of the basement was at our disposal including two lounges, one with a huge TV and a lovely outside decking area for sunny days. We stayed there for 7 nights. Our hosts were so...

Excellent B&B. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, providing a detailed map of the local area and gave advice on where to eat and directions for where we wanted to go. B&B was very clean and all facilities we needed were provided. Very enjoyable stay.
