Good location, warm welcome with scones & coffee. Clean & comfortable room & tasty breakfast. A shared lounge area was cosy & the wood burning fire lit every day. The shower in room 4 could be better & no wifi in the room but available in the main building. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed every minute at Poltarrow Farm Guest house. It's tucked away down a little narrow road, but when you go through the gates it opens up, loads of land, lots of space. Room was well decorated, with a big bed, and very clean. Big bathroom, modern shower. The owner is lovely, she genuinely cares and the overall service was...

We first stayed in one of these comfortable self catering cottages a few years ago. This year we returned with our son, his wife, and their nearly two year old. We all stayed in "Fallow". The two bedrooms both have bathrooms, and there was plenty of room for us all. Judith provided a cot, some toys and baby equipment, as...

Our first but certainly not our last stay at Poltarrow Farm. The cottage we stayed in (Fallow) with our two young children was clean and perfectly equipped for everyday life with young children. The facilities at Poltarrow are fantastic, the indoor pool, sports hall and tumble/ play room to name but a few were all clean and well maintained. We...

Yet again we stayed at the Poltarrow Farm accommodation. For the fourth time we booked the B & B rather than one of the cottages. Room was clean, bed was big, bathroom adequate. Television was very (too) small but we were not there to watch TV. Breakfast was outstanding with Judith, the owner, cooking a 'full Cornwall' (which is really...

We stayed in a cottage that was very well designed (converted barn), clean, tidy with everything you could need. Our 3 year old made great use of the extras - pool, badminton, soft play, outdoor play area etc. We had an excellent holiday and were not disappointed in any way. We hope to return again soon.

We've had 2 weeks of bliss staying in one of the wheelchair accessible cottages on the farm. With a teen and a littly it's a tricky balance finding entertainment to suit all but actually it's very good indeed at poltarrow. It's clean, cozy and immediately you feel at home. Hard pressed to get better location in cornwall within 20 minutes...

Poltarrow has become a bit of an Easter holiday tradition and is always looked forward to. A warm welcome from Judith, and often other family members makes this exceptional b+b rather more like visiting good friends. Set in beautiful Cornish countryside, within easy travelling distance to all major attractions, this oasis not only offers awesome breakfasts and comfortable rooms but...

Stayed one night whilst visiting nearby Caerhays castle and garden and also Pendennis Castle (both well worth a visit). Our room was warm and comfortable (ditto the bed) and furnished in farmhouse style, with lovely open views. The ensuite was clean and spacious, with good quality towels and abundant hot water for showers. Despite the busy A390 being less than...
