Great place to stay for location and views. Hotel a bit dated and the switch for the extractor fan broken so bathroom steamed up all the time. No bulb in bedside lamp! Great menu and food was excellent.

I was not expecting a reply but to my final letter but George phoned me when he received it.He said my initial complaint was lost due to a computer problem in July and a manager leaving. He immediately settled my claim and reimbursed me for the final night's accommodation as requested and so I have been pleasantly surprised.
