Booked a DBB package at £140 for a night relaxation. We had a front facing room in the main hotel which was called Matilda. Room was nice and had a view of the gardens. Complimentary use of the pool and spa for a few hours had us believing we were on holiday and couldn't wait to finish the day in...

Only booked this hotel the night before as a January escape and both very impressed. Received a free room upgrade to a superior room and was delighted ! Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated . Both enjoyed a couple of hours in the spa which has lovely views over the walled garden even on a grey afternoon on January -was very...

I decided to treat my mum to a spa day for her birthday this year. I chose The Cornwall as we live nearby and I had heard positive things. It was absolutely fantastic. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, it's very clear customer satisfaction is very important to them. My mum and I both had massages and the women...

We recently visited the spa as a group of 6. The spa treatments were brilliant. We went over to the hotel for lunch and very much enjoyed the food we ordered. However- after our glasses were empty, we were not offered any more- empty glasses on the table!! The waiter cleared our table and didn't offer a menu for deserts....

We had a fantastic couple of nights at the Cornwall straight after our wedding. The service was great, attentive but relaxed. The spa is very relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. Nice food too. I'm looking forward to going back.

A perfect getaway from a stressful Autumn. Our room was beautiful with views out across the grounds, a standing bath and four-poster bed. The spa was excellent, though rather small for the size of the hotel and surrounding self-catering accommodation. The only complaint would be over the restaurant. Whilst the food was good, the formality was rather unnecessary and the...

Just back from a girls night away at this hotel. We initially booked a spa day through Groupon which allowed us a spa treatment and use of the facilities. The spa was in a lovely setting with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. The massage I had was brilliant and my therapist Keshmee was professional and attentive. A major downside...

We are just about to check out and I just want to say how impressed I have been with this hotel. We booked through Secret Escapes so got a good deal, but we also may not have heard about it otherwise. The spa is one of the nicest I have been to and the pool is so inviting. The gym is...

Great location, was near all facilities and town Ctr but u couldn't really hear any traffic and the views from the balcony are lovely. Staff were polite, always smiling and willing to help this shows good management if you ask me! Food was good everyone in the restaurant seemed very happy and I over heard lots of very good compliments....
