We stayed at the Cornwall hotel at the end of June for our 1st wedding anniversary, we requested a nice view from the woodland room and this was definetley listened too as the view was lovely over the gardens. On arrival check in was prompt, perhaps not greeted as warmly as we hoped and no mention of it being our...

Our room was brilliant, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced. It was kept clean and well stocked throughout our stay. The weather was hot during our stay and the room was very stuffy, making it difficult to sleep at night - however this is hardly the hotel's fault and a fan was provided. A small complaint but...

Beautifully restored and decorated hotel in fabulous mature grounds. Our room was large, well appointed and with a lovely balcony area. I have to say that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

We have just stayed here for the week. Came back from days out (two days in a row) to find out that the cleaner left our door on the latch so anyone could have walked in and 'helped themselves' to something. Luckily that didn't happen! Despite putting the card on the door that says 'please clean our room' nothing changed,...

The Cornwall Hotel & Spa is set in an attractive landscape a short distance from the centre of St Austell. Staying in the newer part of the hotel the room was well decorated and comfortable. The facilities were good with a balcony providing great views of the gardens. (note some rooms will look on to the old hotel) One complaint...

Lovely spa and rooms. Wallpaper in the woodland rooms need updating due to marks and rips but everything else in the room was fine. Nice views from balcony. Breakfast was fine. Great stay and definitely use again. Spa and reception staff are lovely! Only down point to the hotel was front of house staff. Slow service and generally more interested...

What a superb place. Beautiful location and handy for lots of places to visit, beaches and good pubs. We had problems on booking in because the electric wheelchair wouldn't fit in their lift. Their disabled access rooms are on the second floor so just be aware if you are wheelchair bound and it's a larger one than the typical manual...
