Part of me feels that when you find such a special hotel you should keep it to yourself in case it gets too busy but that would defeat the object of Trip Advisor! We spent 3 lovely nights in a Woodland room and whilst not cheap it was a fabulous break. Everything is good at this hotel, the food, the...

We have just enjoyed 2 very relaxing and enjoyable nights at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. Used the spa facilities which were made more enjoyable by the fact there were not many people there , we had the pool to ourselves at one point. My only criticism is in all...

I have just come back from a two-night stay at The Cornwall Hotel with my girlfriend. What can I say? It was absolutely incredible. - The room & bathroom were large, well kitted out and very clean. - The staff were an absolute delight, not only helpful but charming and friendly too. - Noise levels were fine. The treeline towards...

Had a 2 night deal through Secret Escapes, £110 per room per night including breakfasts. Lovely location in parkland, close to St Austell. Breakfasts were very good & staff helpful and friendly. Had a room in the 'White House' this time not the woodland rooms, so expected luxury as Secret Escapes were using them. Quite disappointed :O( Had Jacuetta room...

Simply superb, cannot find any faults whatsoever. We stayed with our dog in a two bedroomed self catering property. It was fantastic. We didn't self cater but these properties take dogs so that is why we were there. We did look at the regular hotel rooms and they were just lovely as well.

We rented two of the Eco lodges on The Cornwall estate and I was amazed at what we got for the price. Brilliant sized rooms. Immaculately kept. And even a welcome package of bread, butter, milk and tea bags etc. The fact you get full use of the facilities is also brilliant for your money. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Highly,...

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. As a couple, we have stayed in the main hotel, the white-house hotel and, most recently, stayed in one of the Woodland Homes. All are great (clean, good facilities, comfy) but the Woodland Homes are just superb; it's like a 5-star hotel in the form of a modern and cosy cottage. Excellent Wi-Fi and...

Had a super weekend in this lovely hotel, had a few hiccups with our room at first however they were dealt with efficiently & it did not spoil our stay. Dinner in the Arboretum restaurant was delicious & service efficient. All of the staff were really friendly & most welcoming, this hotel is well worth a visit!

All aspects of our stay were fantastic. Food, spa, treatment, room and all the hotel staff were lovely. In particular I loved the arboretum restaurant. We loved the grounds and our 3 day break was so relaxing. we did the spa break and we feel it was good value for money.
