If you step in the B&B you can instantly smell the dog, which has probably peed on the floor a few times. The smell was just unbelievably bad and you wanted nothing more than run to a window. The beds were clean, but you didn't feel comfortable, because the walls were yellowish, as well as the kettle and the fridge,...

I feel your comments are very untrue. All my carpets are cleaned on a regular bases and my dog is fully house trained so does not urinate indoors. Each room has a colour scheme. The walls are Red, Blue and Green so where you saw yellow walls I don't know. The fridges are in the rooms for my guest convenience...

We spent the night here before visiting the Lost Gardens of Heligan (15 main drive away). Nikki was very welcoming with restaurant recommendations, and we walked into town for our dinner (approx 10in). The Red Room was comfortable with plenty of storage space and the fridge in the room is a bonus. We had a large private bathroom across the...

Niki is very friendly. Has two big dogs, so if you aren't a dog person, this may not be the place for you! Steep, narrow drive to the house. Approximately a 10 minute walk into the town. The fridge, wine glasses and bottle opener were a welcome addition to the bedroom. We were in the Red Room, which was clean...

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I do need to point out though I only have one quiet and at the moment small puppy who is already going to obedience training classes. The other dog belonged to someone else who was staying here. Guests do bring their dog's as we are a dog friendly B&B!

Nice and clean, small B&B wth some nice touches such as fridge. Cottage decor, antique furniture and no rules posted!! Very nice breakfast with a great choice - full English sets you up for the day. Just a few minutes walk into town.

We stayed at the arches overnight to visit this sweet little town. We were made to feel very welcome in this charming B&B and couldn't ask for more. I asked for a few extras in our room and it wasn't a problem,my expectations were exceeded. Very dog friendly not just dog tolerant and our welcoming friend Merlin is a little...

Nikki and Merlin (4 legged assistant) are very welcoming and immediately I felt comfortable. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, loads of tea/coffee in the room plus a small fridge too. Wifi signal is steady and strong. Good value for money.

After we parked on the premises, the host Nikki immediately made us welcome and showed us to our room - the blue one. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was made up fit for the Queen. Room was warm and plenty of tea & coffee. The next morning the traditional English breakfast for me and kippers for my other...
