Found myself here as have an ill family member and staying with other family. Frankie works most nights and I have to say is so professional. I thought she was the manager but she isn't although She should be! The pub itself is good, drink selection is very good and very reasonably priced. The Rioja is particularly good and only...

This pub is nice enough, and the room was a decent size, well decorated, and comfortable for the price. However, there were a few niggles that spoiled the stay: - The main issue was Friday Night Karaoke. Our room was directly over the corner of the bar where the karaoke machine was, despite letting them know well in advance that...

Booking.com sent me an email to say that the room was double booked. Four of us stayed at this B&B for a wedding recently and everything about our stay was simply outstanding! The rooms were very spacious, immaculely clean, and superb value for money. Unlike most B&B's, there were more than enough towels, toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities, which were replenished each day. The room was cleaned to a high standard...

I stayed there on business for a couple of nights and for what I needed it was great. The main guy running it (Andy?) was friendly and helpful. The rooms are cheap and cheerful but more importantly clean! Breakfast was cooked to order on both mornings and was good standard.

Room (not en-suite) - Small but fine for sleeping in. Shower cubicle in room, which had black mould above it on the walls and around shower base and tiles. Towels changed every day. Generous supply of tea and coffee. Walls very thin which meant we could hear our neighbours convetsations and TV. Water pipes very noisy too. Food - generous...
