A Lovely, clean cottage with everything you need to get away. Ideal for young families or couples alike. Our 2nd visit and not our last! There's a good pool, parking, play park and space to walk and enjoy the scenery. Really easy to access from major roads and close to good attractions.

Having stayed in several other cottages, Green Acres is by far the best. Immaculate inside & out & equipped with everything you could wish for to ensure a relaxing break & dogs are welcome too. The underfloor heating made the cottage warm & cosy on a stormy night & the views of the surrounding countryside were fantastic. A special SHOUT...

Just wanting a chill out week we booked Greenacres through a holiday break site and what a fantastic find it was. The cottages are beautiful, nicely located close to St Austell with all the shops and facilities you could want and immaculately clean and well equipped. The voucher included for Rick Stein restaurants was a bonus and one we took...

What a find ! Booked a week here for the half term break with the wife,2 kids and the dog. Booking was through Hoeseasons where we made a significant saving. This was possibly due to our kids half term being the week after most. The cottage itself was immaculate and considering it is dog friendly you could not tell. We...

We love it here,it is central for essential tourist attractions, beaches and restaurants. The children love the pool which is always warm and clean. The cottages never let you down, clean, comfortable and well equipped. A few niggles this time. We were surrounded by smokers, which meant on hot nights the cottage was full of fag smoke, not pleasant for us non-smokers or the children....

We stayed in cottage no. 10 which has stunning view. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, free wifi and free parking. The cottage was very clean and comfort, and equipped with great facility. Located near St Austell area, made this cottage a perfect place to explore Cornwall.

Stayed here in cottage 5 from Monday to Friday. Lovely cottage, well equipped. Plenty of cutlery and utensils. The house was relatively clean and had 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. View was breathtaking. There's big supermarkets near by such as tesco and Asda. Close to the beaches, my favourite one was Carlyon bay! Fowey isn't far either....

Had a great few days in this small group of cottages. Really clean and extremely well equipped, great location for main attractions in the area such as Eden and Heligan. Indoor pool but seems no more hot tubs. If you want to be in this area then really recommend. houses 1-3 are the dog friendly ones

6 of us stayed at number 9 this week, super location within an hour of all places. Swimming pool was lovely and warm and everything near enough that we needed. On poor notes: Sofa bed is very very uncomfortable and would advise taking your own blow up bed instead. For a luxury cottage this was a real let down. Wifi...
