This B&B is in a lovely location near the end of a road which goes nowhere and is close to the coastal path. The Mounts Bay Room we had was lovely - spacious, nicely decorated and furnished and, owing to the location, very quiet. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming - very keen to tell us where to visit,...

We stayed here for two nights whilst we attended a wedding. It was absolutely excellent. We had our two month old daughter with us and were made to feel very welcome. Sarah and David are excellent hosts, very friendly and gave us great insight into the local area. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! I would very much recommend the scrambled...

We stayed at the Caunce Head for one night, but we would have preferred to stay there for the rest of our holidays. Sarah and David are wonderful hosts, they made us feel extremely welcome and provided us with loads of stories and tipps for the area plus all the details about the Sherlock Holmes story that takes place in...

We really enjoyed our stay with Sarah and David, I was smitten on arrival. Located in a quiet beautiful spot almost on the coastal path the B&B has an atmosphere of warm informality and relaxed attentiveness. The hosts are friendly and very knowledgeable on the local area and amenities. The rooms are large, clean, homely and beautifully furnished. Ours had...

Perfect stay. Sarah and David could not do enough and were very welcoming and friendly hosts. We were there for 3 nights walking the western side of the Lizard and have already booked to go back to walk the eastern side. This was probably the most relaxing b&b we have stayed in walking the South West coastal footpath. There was...

Everything about this place is excellent. It is located in a beautiful quiet spot, surrounded by fields. Close to the coast path. The room (studio) was large, very clean, well thought out and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Lovely big skylight with fantastic night sky. Breakfast was great, good choice, good quality ingredients and well cooked. The owners were so...

Sarah and David were great hosts who lent books, maps and gave great ideas for day hikes and restaurants. We spent 3 days and could have stayed longer. Our room was large and quite nice in a 400 year old house in the countryside. Sarah's directions to get here were perfect. Mullion is a quiet lovely town that is not...

We were very satisfied with our stay at Caunce Head, Mullion. The friendly owners Sarah and David went out of their way to be helpful, even providing a very early breakfast (beyond the call of duty...). This is a lovely location, especially for walkers (dogs are welcome which is an added bonus and our dog felt very at home). Rooms...

“Allegedly the room on the front of the house was stayed in by none less than Sherlock Holmes and mentioned in the original novel by it's author Arthur Conan Doyle.. I am half way through the book eagerly awaiting the reference.”
