Stayed at the Polurrian for 3 nights over the New Year period. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views over the sea from the lounge. There is an on-site crèche and our two children (aged 5 and 2) had a great time. The restaurant is very good, with the breakfasts and high tea a particular highlight. The...

We had a very agreeable stay here on Valentine's Day, courtesy of Secret Escapes. We paid extra for a sea view room, which was worth every penny as the weather was kind and the view therefore fabulous. The Polurrian Bay is one of those old world hotels from an earlier era. It has a fascinating history which I had no...

We stayed for two nights with our two border collies and found this hotel to cater for our every need. The dogs had a welcome goody bag of treats dog bowls and blankets to sleep on. And we're allowed in most areas of the hotel apart from the dining room which was understandable. Our room had stunning sea views in...

We arrived in torrential rain to a stunning view of the sea. The hotel is a little tired on the outside but the welcome was very warm. Reception was speedy and all staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had our dog with us and booked via Secret Escapes for a one night dinner bed and breakfast deal. The room...

My two daughters and myself had a lovely spa day here! Toni, our beauty therapist gave us some lovely treatments, making us feel ultra relaxed. Had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant enjoying the beautiful views, with god old fashioned staff courtesy!

When pulling up to a carpark on a gloomy day we saw the peeling paint and immediately thought "what have we done". After getting our luggage out of the car and running through the pouring rain to the hotel upon opening the front door, all fears were alleviated. The hotel exterior is a bit shabby and can easily do with...

The location of the hotel is stunning and the staff were friendly and very accommodating (especially Toby ). The evening meal was excellent and the full English breakfast cooked perfectly. The hotel was very quiet during our stay. The hotel is right on the South West coast path next to a lovely beach. I would definitely stay there again.
