Lovely thatched pub in a quaint little village. We had visited at the start of our holiday and decided to have our final lunch at the end. BIG MISTAKE! We both went for the Lamb Shank. Shank was barely warm and no seasoning at all, celeriac mash was cold on half the plate and hot on the other half (leading...

We'd stayed at the Old Inn last year, so it was our first choice when we planned a return trip. The rooms are a decent size, clean and very comfortable. It has a varied menu with lots of specials to choose from as well. The food is beautifully cooked, with large portions. The breakfasts are fantastic and Sara & all...

Great value for money and great service despite them being understaffed on this occasion. Plenty of outdoor seating so a great venue when the sun is out. You must check out the giant plants (looks like something from Jurassic Park!) Will definitely return. Thank you very much.

Came here for a drink in the beer garden round the back, which is small but nice in the sun. Ended up eating and had the really yummy crab linguine, my partner had the mixed grill. Absolutely huge portions!! Definitely come hungry, I could only manage half of mine but the very nice waitress wrapped up the rest for me...

This is a bit of a shame as the Old Inn is a nice pub and well worth a visit. We popped in for lunch and a drink whilst out walking. Couple of good pints of Tribute and a good Pasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Because of this we decided to book for the evening. The menu looked extensive and...

It was a welcome oasis on a very wet day. Travelling through Mullion we stopped off for a much needed coffee but ended up having a great meal. I had the crab & prawn salad and l am kicking myself for not taking a photograph. It was a delight to the eyes.A huge bowl of salad absolutely full of prawn...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The pub is very old & full of character, the garden area out the back is really lovely & if it's a hot evening you even have private access through a locked door from the stairway to the rooms so you can still sit out there after the pub has...

Me & my wife were driving back from Lands End & happened upon this pub. After reading the chalk board outside we decided to have dinner here & we both had roast beef. This again was one of the best meals in a long line of meals we had in cornwall. Perfectly cooked none of it was over done &...

This was a stop on the coastal path. I was given a large comfortable room on the top floor with a view through two full size sash windows over the roofs to the hills beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a bath (important when you've been walking all day) The staff were friendly and efficient, the food...
