Its a bit late but we stayed here in July and had a lovely weekend. We arrived in Mevagissey very early in the morning but it was no trouble to drop stuff off and pick keys up before our room was ready. We returned after lunch and our immaculate room was ready for us. We stayed in the Albert room...

And views from Honeycombe House are proof of this. What they dont tell you is how welcoming and helpful Ian and Val are or how nice it is to have nice breakfast sat looking down over the village and harbour or how nice the pubs are or how nice Mevagissey is. I could go on but instead I simply suggest...

My finance and i stayed for a two day mid September break in Albert and didn't want to leave! The view of the harbor both in the morning with a coffee and in the evening before bed is magical - the perfect distance away to soak it all in whilst watching boats coming and going and cars winding up the...

Just returned from a week's stay in the Albert room, overlooking the sea and harbour in Megavissey. The views are breathtaking and have to be seen to be believed. As before the breakfasts were excellent as was the banter with my hosts Val and Ian. As a single person, I appreciate hospitality and friendliness and my hosts provide those in...

We stayed here at the beginning of September for two nights in the Wordsworth room. Lovely, tasteful, clean room with fabulous views over the harbour. There were many lovely touches in our room, beautiful biscuits, good selection of teas etc, cornish water, availability of fresh milk for tea and coffee along with binoculars to enjoy the stunning view and wine...

We had a wonderful 2 day stay at Honeycombe House. Great food, excellent hosts, and to top it off stunning views across the bay. The fact that we booked at short notice made no difference to the efficiency of our hosts who went to a great deal of trouble to arrange secure parking for our motor bike with a hospitable...

My husband and I spent three nights at Honeycombe House and really enjoyed it. The house has a perfect location (excellent property choice!), just minutes away from Mevagissey little harbour and best restaurants; fantastic view from the bedroom and breakfast area (I would have spent all day there if I could...); lots of different options to chose from at breakfast...

I was looking online for a B&B in the St Austell area, when I came across Honeycombe House in Mevagissey (it’s only a short drive from St Austell). Quite often some of these places don’t live up to how they are described on the internet, so I made an initial email enquiry, and Ian got back to me straight away....
