As we appreciate all feedback left, we are very sorry you felt you had a bad experience here with us. We do welcome all feedback however it is very difficult to determine the honesty without seeing the complaint in person at the time. We do feel, especially with chicken, that if the meal was not cooked properly addressing it at the time would have been more appropriate and maybe given us a chance to rectify the matter which we would happily do.
