If you like good food this place is a must. Food was so great on a Wednesday night, Gourmet Burger, Lamb and Stake and Ale pie were 5 star! Chef had great attention to detail the Wild berry Crumble and cream was to die for!

What an asset this pub is to the people of the area, and to visitors (such as we were - and most welcoming!) Good food, proper beer in pleasant surroundings - especially decent background music! This pub has many assets as well as those mentioned such as garden, play area, sectioned away pool table, and even a couple of serviced...

Popped in for `one' Lovely pub, lovely atmosphere and plenty of ales to choose from. Very friendly village pub, wished I lived closer. We was so impressed with the place one turned into a `few'. We would not hesitate to recommend this pub to friends and family. Smashing find.

Visited twice during our weeks holiday - both times the food was fantastic. Portion sizes were appropriate and desserts were just amazing! Service was also very good and we were informed when a delay was likely. Will definitely go again when we visit the area in future

Can only find good things to say about our visit to the Queens Arms. A real village pub and quite a bit special. The food was excellent, the staff pleasant and efficient but not 'in your face'. Our most expensive meal so far but so satisfied we've booked to go back again.

Visited the Queens Arms a few times during our week's holiday. Very good on the first occasion but very disappointed the next time. We had family staying in the touring section, but our meal that evening was very small, and whilst we did not wish to complain, did not merit what the bill represented. We returned on our last evening...

If you like country pubs serving great food (and I do mean great food not 'pub grub') you'll love this place. The accommodation is what you would expect of a good guest house with clean comfortable rooms, well decorated with more than adequate en-suite. The pub is located at the edge of the village opposite a church and is obviously...

This review is only for the food. One of the biggest influences on how you enjoy a meal depends on the expectation. In this case there was none as we were not aware of the Queens Arms until the morning of our visit when we passed by, liked the location and called in to reserve a table in the late...
