Ideal for a short stay. Very comfortable, lovely rooms. Napoleon pub next door does great food and good selection of ales. Staff very helpful. Would recommend and would return. Good base for exploring Boscastle, nearby Tintagel and surrounding area.

Located towards the top of the town on the main road in and out of Boscastle means a short drive (.7mile) or stiff walk up and down the hill if you want to visit the harbour, shops and restaurants. Stayed 3 nights and very happy with accommodation and the breakfast was choice of cooked plus cereals, fruit, juice etc. Very... More

We stayed for two nights in two different rooms as we literally had to change our booking at the last minute. Heather offered immediately to change our booking for us at no service charge provided we did not mind changing over rooms. Our first room was the Paradise room which is on the top floor and a twin room, It... More

The room was OK, however lots of little things could be better. The lead for the kettle was too short meaning the kettle had to be boiled on the floor. The shower did not empty very quickly and we had to shower in a pool of water. The air vent was very dirty. We stayed for 2 nights the breakfast... More

You are staying at someone else house...strict check in time , one hour window 16:00-17:00 hr so we ajusted our arrival times . A lukewarm welcome by John. The room is very small . The B&B is literally next to the road and it can be noisy. No sea view. Breakfast was just a normal basic breakfast. John did talk... More

What a great B&B! This place has a really nice feel to it and we had a brilliant trip. The owner met us as we arrived and was super friendly, offering some tips of where to go eat, drink and visit before showing us to our room (Crows Nest) which has the biggest bed ever seen. The room was s... More

We recently returned from a week's stay at this superb B&B. Our room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The choices at breakfast were plentiful, tasty, excellently prepared and served by friendly and willing staff. The owners, Heather and John, could not have been more helpful but they were not intrusive. Thank you to you all for making... More

We stayed at the Bottreaux House B&B, it's in a good location and parking on site. We had to wait until 4pm to check in which wasn't a big deal as there's a great pub (Napoleon) next door. It's a well presented hotel, nice common areas. Our room (Bo's) wasn't the biggest but for the time we were in it... More
