A premier Lodge--what can we say standard fare and room, with bar doing food attached and a little pricey for me but very busy with locals throughout the day, so maybe that is just me ???????? --the big difference was the lady who checked us in, she was exceptionally good.

You usually know what to expect at premier Inn but this time we were very disappointed. The bathroom was dirty We were meant to stay for 3 nights but decided to head home early. We tried to find staff to report our concerns but every time we went past reception it was either unmanned or very busy and we were...

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your recent stay. It's disappointing to hear that your stay wasn't up to the usual standards you expect from Premier Inn. I'm really sorry to hear that the bathroom suite was dirty and there wasn't a member of the hotel team to report this too. We have private...

Stopped at the Premier Inn Twickenham for one night for a mid week work event. Parking was easy and the hotel including room as expected of a premier Inn. The room was clean and well sized with the only negatives being the poor WiFi connection, not the worst but a bit slow. And the heat, it was too hot. No...

We like Premier Inns because you generally know in advance what standard to expect. This hotel was much the same, but disappointing in a few respects; the toilet was stained and needed a good clean/bleaching; there were no hand towels available and the main light in the bathroom was dim. I spoke to the lady at reception (who had been...

We stayed for one night, ahead of my partner joining friends the next day for a weekend trip. I had specifically loomed for a Premier Inn local to Twickenham with air con as we previously stayed in one of the older buildings and it was unbearable so Twickenham East ticked all the boxes. Close enough to amenities and good A...

Nice little premier inn, nice Beefeater next door with good food. The free Wifi is dial up slow, I tried the Ultimate wifi, it's really poor, hard to log on, keeps redirecting and only one device, not worth £5.

Thank you for submitting your review of our hotel, I am pleased that you found our little Premier Inn to be nice and that the Beefeater next door served good food. Welcoming and friendly, cheery staff. Clean, warm room. Pub next door, helpful and friendly staff, good food. Nice and private, reasonably quiet. Fabulous bath tub and massive television. I'd definitely use again if in the area.

The accomodation was good however wouldn't rate the beefeater next door. Service not great and staff not particularly friendly. Evening meal very average and breakfast although standard premier seemed very "make do" in a bit of a grubby room with 80s decor. But if it's accommodation your after next door then perfect.

Thank you for submitting your review of your recent stay with us, I am pleased that you liked the accommodation and can only apologise on behalf of the restaurant that you found it to be very average. The Beefeater is currently undergoing a refurbishment, which would see it brought into the 21st century, so when you are in the area...

The rooms were very clean and aired. The wifi was fine and the food I had in the restaurant was very nice and priced very well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. The bar staff were great after the first night remembered my drink. I was staying on business and felt totally relaxed each evening.
