Got into London late at night, and wanted to stay close to the Airport before we went to our central London location. While this hotel wasn't as close as we thought (a 40 pound taxi ride), it was a good experience. The front desk was...More
Adjoining the South Stand of Twickenham Stadium.
Cleanliness and service were excellent with public spaces full of English Rugby memorabilia.

Stayed at The Twickenham Marriott for a weekend visiting friends in the area and to watch a Harlequins rugby match - very conveniently located for both and for the centre of Twickenham for dinner. Very smart hotel with charming staff.

You can get a fast train into Central London from Twickenham station and then the underground. Not sure about the time to the bus station. Why not book a transfer from airport to hotel you are only about 30 mins from Heathrow to the hotel five star in Windsor could help. Speak to the folks at the hotel about getting in to B house.

Twickenham Station is about a ten minute walk from the hotel which will then link into all the major tube and rail routes . There is also Whitton underground station about a 15 min walk the other way, if you google Transport for London website (TFL) it will show you all the options, I am pretty sure there are some buses too, if you want to travel around a one day travelcard is normally the best and chapest option, therare other hoteals a lot more centrally located but if you are into rugby and want to see the home of it this is a great option.
