Fourth stay at a very pleasant and professionally run hotel. Good treatment of Marriott Gold members and family, which is always appreciated. Great breakfast (kids love the fresh waffle machine!), and staff coped admirably, despite it being a very busy Easter weekend. Being adjoined to the national rugby stadium is a little quirky and a unique selling point (on match...

Marriott. A name synonymous with patchy service- some you win, some you lose. You lose big time in this deserted corner of twee London. The hotel is a cash-it-in-when-the-rugger-boys are in town bolt-on, and makes no effort to be anything other. They can't even be bothered to spend your £125+ on putting up a sign on where you can park-...

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our son's birthday at a nearby attraction then stayed over for 1 night. We had a fab time. The staff at this lovely hotel were very friendly and attentive. We had full use of the fitness club next door. This made our stay even more enjoyable. Food at the breakfast buffet was very...

Don't get me wrong the hotel is nice and the staff are great, however bar food disappointing especially when a burger and chips is over £16. You would expect a bit more than a basic burger. The rooms are lovely but the beds are worn out. They have tried to make then last longer by putting a lovely soft topper...

I stayed at this hotel on business trip to London. The location is great and the hotel reception was warm and welcoming. The rooms were also spacious and the large bed was comfortable. The letdown was that there is no complementary wifi available and gets charged for by the hotel. I did not get the oportunity to dine at the...

Up for the Bath RFC mini rugby tournament and to see 'The Clash' Bath vs Leicester on 8th April. Arriving at nearly 9pm on Friday 7th, our room of two double beds for our family stay was great, with comfy beds, good facilities and cleanliness. The hotel had arranged for hypoallergenic duvet and pillows all in situe ahead of arrival....

Check-in was good, lovely Spanish lady. Car parking difficult to find due to works going on. Food good in the bar as were the drinks, calm staff who were very professional. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were charged for Breakfast which should have been in our price - have emailed but they have not replied as yet....

Booked an event at the Marriott , using the 'Private Dining' room on the 2nd floor for European Partner Meeting. Overall, the meeting side went reasonably well, apart from the noise emanating from the Virgin Active gym on the floor above. The F&B manager had mentioned it, but it was louder than expected (and as a result, Marriott agreed to...

We often travel up to London for various events but like to park on the outskirts and use underground/overground transport systems to gain access to where we want to go. This hotel fits the bill really well. The room was very modern and well presented with everything you would want from an overnight stop. The bed was extremely comfortable and...
