I spent the evening during a recent work trip and will definitely be staying again for both business and social events in the future. I was welcomed by the owner Doug, who was very helpful with local restaurants for dinner that evening. My room was very clean and quiet and had a lovely view overlooking the rear grounds of the...

I had three nights here while on a work trip and really enjoyed it. The hosts are fantastic and very helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful, and the breakfast generous and tasty. My room was nice, no shower but that wasn't a big deal.

We stayed for two nights. Greeted on arrival with tea and cake from our hosts son who was there in place of mum. Great effort and started our stay with big grins. This lady makes amazing cake. Room was comfy, cosy and clean. Great nights sleep on the big comfy bed. Breakfast for a man like me is important, it...

I usually do stay here for my work visits, Its in a quiet area and has lots of character as well as history...on my last stay I purposely booked the King's Room (being a bit of a history buff) 9 weeks before my arrival to make sure it was available. I was extremely disappointed to find on my arrival that...

Not a bad place to stay and I quite enjoyed it. a reasonably clean place but getting ready for a refurb. A very nice host was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a b & b /hotel. a rather different place to stay with it's sloping rooms, rickety doors and low ceilings but...

Unfortunately we can not confirm the other good ratings. This was the poorest B&B we have seen in many years visiting GB. The house is poorly maintained. Floors are worn off, windows are broken and poorly repaired with plastic foil. Furniture was damaged, closet without doors, the upper drawers dusty. The garden could be nice, but is also not tended,...

We stayed at The Old Manor House on our way to Thorpe Park in nearby Staines. The hotel was very dark, and full of history. Upon arrival we were met by owner Doug, who asked us to fill out a sheet for our breakfast. There was so much to choose from and we could pick almost as much as we...

What a fantastic house. We stayed here with friends for a 40th birthday party at Shepperton Studios. Not only was it a five minute walk to the venue (rather handy in high heels!) but the bed was super comfy and the cooked breakfast AMAZING! Would highly recommend.

We stayed here just for the one night recently for an event being held locally and we wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are all of a nice size but I would recommend going for a room on the rear of the property if you can as the views of the garden and grounds are lovely. The breakfast...

Stayed at this fabulous B&B on business. What an amazing place for a history freak like me! On entering the hall you are overwhemed by wood panelling, portraits and that lovely smell that assures you of an ancient abode. I was lucky enough to stay in the kings room, so called as King Henry VII stayed there. Well equipped, clean,...
