The bathroom was absolutely terrible with the shower head coming away from the wall, damaged panels on units, ceiling extract fan coming away from ceiling and slime on tiles. Absolutely awful. The leisure facility not much better with rust everywhere, looks dirty.

Hotel was typical village set up. Service was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is just off M62 and ideal for Liverpool airport. We got a good really good deal for hotel and long term parking at airport.

The hotel is OK but not as good as other Village Hotels. Its located at the junction of the M57 & M62 which is very handy but unfortunately means that there is a lot of traffic noise which the double glazing in the rooms doesn't block out. I'm a light sleeper so had a very disturbed nights sleep

Paid for the superior room to find that it's on top of the boiler house , no sleep all night with noise , sounded like helipad next to us, everything else in room was dated and needs refreshing, our room also didn't have a sofa in like bury village superior rooms do

This hotel is outdated and badly in need of refurbishment. It's not as advertised in their website. Better off staying at premier Inn! We paid £185 for a 2 day stay, what a waste of money. No wonder the hotel was half empty. Definitely would not stay here again. Hope you find this review helpful

This hotel was a real let down. The weekend was freezing cold and we had no heating in the room. The towel rails fell off the wall and the bathroom grouting had mould spots. We left after 1 day even though we had 2 days booked.

Decent place to stay whilst on business, excellent gym. Room price is good value, bar price definitely less so. Some of the facilities in-room are looking a little tired (e.g. bathroom fittings). Some extremely noisy guests at12:30, 01:45 and 02:40 last night...
