I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a lovely small guesthouse with a big, warm, welcome. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I would give the breakfast 10 our of 10 with a choice of cooked breakfast, and various cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Our host really looked after us. It is very near to Bridlington Spa...

The Swallow Hotel is situated in a great location for the Prom, the shops and the beach, It was warm, very clean, light and airy, and we were made very welcome by the hosts. Our room was lovely, breakfast was superb, and the little courtyard at the back was great for sitting out.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here as a base while attending the Pool European Championships at the spa which is just a very short walk over the road. Gifty was a wonderful hostess and was always interested in how our days had been in the competition. Our room was warm comfortable and VERY clean. Breakfast was lovely...

Although this is a very nice hotel, and the spa facilities are lovely, the owners sadly bring the place down dramatically. Any question asked regarding simple matters such as extra pillows was met with passive aggression and an attitude that suggested I was wrong and they were right. We felt uncomfortable throughout the entire stay and infect chose not to...

We had booked for a couple of nights but as soon as we were settled in we booked a further night. Our room was cozy and warm and the hotel is just steps from the beach, Spa, and Bridlington town center. The hostess was amazing and made us feel as though we were family. And breakfast was even better than...

Just stayed here for two nights with my husband and two children and my mum and dad. The room was lovely and spacious for a family room and not to mention it was spotlessly clean. Plenty of coffee and tea and bottles of water. There was such a warm welcome waiting for us when we arrived by Gifte the lady...

My husband and I had a wonderful night's stay here and the weather was great ... Bonus! Gifty is a wonderful hostess and nothing was too much trouble. The room was extremely clean with everything you needed - I only really needed to take my moisturiser. Just a short walk from the lovely harbour and to the right, to the...

We booked for Saturday night as we were going to see an event at the Spa. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out how near to the spa and local amenities we were. We were warmly welcomed by Gifty and Gordon on arrival and the room was excellently presented. There was plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, etc in the...
