Generally a very poor excuse for a hotel. They have failed in so many basic area's. There are some positives but on the whole terrible. Would not recommend it at all. This is a business about hospitality, they just don't get it. Front desk staff are totally useless and very rude. I watched one guy (tall guy with glasses) shout...

Terrible hotel, no good points whatsoever. We couldn't use the bathroom as it was so dirty, obviously hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Grime on the floor and skirting boards made your stomach turn. The toilet seat was broken, the shower curtain was hanging off, the walls had mould on them, the TV didn't work, the telephone didn't...

I only booked this hotel as it included airport parking and transfers. The hotel is pretty run down. The staff look a little unkept, however they were pleasant enough. The state of the hotel was maybe the reason for the lacking enthusiasm of the reception. Anyway made my way up to check out the room (2bd floor), on way up...

Having reserved a room online at this hotel and requested a smoking room, I arrived at approx 7:15pm on Tues 21st October to check-in. The receptionist took my payment all the while commenting on how the smell of pizza was making her hungry and that if she still worked at Dominos she would be obese by now. I asked her...

i ve read the reviews and a lot of what has been said is true . firstly , the staff lack enthusiasm and certainly need to smarten themselves up. but having said the the young lady that tended to us when our booking was mixed up was more than helpful. the bedroom was as clean as it could have been...

Just arrive for 3nights with Caledonian Travel. After reading some of the reviews on this site I was concerned that the hotel wasn't confirmed until two days ago. Nothing to fear so far, pleasant staff on arrival, clean and comfortable bar and restaurant. Up to the room, and crossed fingers before opening the door. The furnishings may be from another era but it's all...

I was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel was after some of the reviews I had read, I found the room very clean, extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe if we needed them the only down side to the room was the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The meals were good there was a good variety...

went there with national holidays and I had my guide dog with me. The first night the restaurant staff wouldn't let me into the restaurant because of my dog (this is illegal) The manager said he had sorted this out and I would have no more trouble. The second night was bad and the third night was O.k. I was...
