Recently stayed for one night in December. Room was good, fresh decor, carpet looked newish, bathroom clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good... no complaints... So after a good experience at this Hotel, i decided to stay on New Years Eve.... O M G.......room on ground floor... massive fan outside the room window on outside wall, sounded like the all night...

After reading some of the reviews on here i was a bit apprehensive but thought i would go with an open mind. There were 5 of us on a coach tour getaway to this hotel, when we arrived check in was swift and easy, instructions for meals were well displayed and apart from a young girl on reception all staff...

Stayed over Christmas and the staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb - hot and lots of choice. Would definitely go again. The rooms were clean and adequate, sadly the carpets needed a clean.

We could not have asked for anything better, especially for the wonderful price ! All the staff were so polite, friendly and always very helpful. Our room was good, as we decided to upgrade to executive, because of all the bad reviews, but did not have to worry about anything, as NOTHING was bad at all. Yes it is an...

Stayed here as it was the cheapest option (hotel & airport parking at hotel) on our holiday from Manchester airport. Hotel is very very dated.. looked scary! Parking is not well lit so avoid parking on your own. People hang around right outside the front main doors for smoking and don't move. Can be very intimidating. Apparently there is a...

Very basic, needs updating. Checking in was fine. The room clean, even though it needs tlc. When I went to sleep, realised that the fitted sheet even though must have been washed (I hope) had stains on it. I tried calling reception no one picked up. I eventually put the duvet sheet on the bed and went to sleep. Breakfast...

I can only describe this as being similar to fawlty towers... We were welcomed by a lovely man who was very helpful. He gave us directions through the hotel, to the lift and then on to our room. Decor was very dated, the floor was creaky and upon reaching the lift it was apparent that we were about to step...
