Outdated, dirty, entrance at the back of the property which is blocked by the van. Main entrance/hall is blocked as converted into a bedroom. Rude and unfriendly hosts, had to ring a number of times just to get into the building. Kids box of cereal and Asda own yoghurt is not “breakfast included”.

I gave this 5 stars not because it's a 5 star hotel but I got exactly what I wanted which was basic, economical amneties in a clean and safe neighborhood with access to everything from the busses, trains, post office, pubs, Mkee Dee's and an ASDA supermarket across the street and even with an atm that doesn't charge you fees. There is no receptionist but there is a number to call on the window and they will answer or call you back quick. Spencer and mom VERY cool and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Simple clean room, I had the biggest one downstairs, en suite, with wifi, tv and mini fridge and daily stock of cereal/milk and fruit. Hotel is essentially a house conversion. Parking was a small issue but otherwise fuss free stay. Am booking it again for family

Not the best room we've stayed in by a long shot. Adequate but basic. To be fair it was clean but definitely lacked storage and surfaces to put stuff on (especially in the bathroom, annoying to have to put your toiletries either on top of loo or on the floor!) Only 2 towels for 3 people provided & no bath mat to step onto so had to use a towel. No mirror in bedroom. Strange 'continental' breakfast provided, but first morning there was not enough for 3. We left a note & more was left the second time but I don't think Warburton thins or bread rolls really constitute a continental breakfast! There were bananas, cheap value yogurts & the small individual boxes of cereal which didn't satisfy my husband!

Fairly easy to find. Very friendly proprietor, very helpful. Arrived early but could still book in on arrival. Easy safe parking. Room was very well equipped with TV, kettle, fridge and microwave. Spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed. Breakfast provided in room. Excellent value for money. Easy to get to Hazel Grove train station and travel into Manchester. Pleased I decided to stay there!
