This place is amazing, i cannot find any major thing wrong. The bed is comfy as hell and the rooms looks modern. It is spacious and not what I was expecting. Ironing facilities were a hangers and a fan for summer. I stayed one night booking on the same day and cost me £40...the most exceptional part of my stay...

21 hour flight and got a taxi to a base where we thought we could finally settle and gather ourselves. Instant disappointment. Three lads loitering in the car park with a spliff each, and what I can 99% say was a hooker, enjoying a drag outside the reception. Reaching the reception desk, and free of the marijuana cloud, the staff...

Firstly, I'll mention the positive points of our stay. The people I dealt with on the phone were very pleasant, as was the lady who booked us in and the overwhelmed lady who served our food. The room I was given was clean and comfortable, if slightly lacking in loo roll. However, the surly attitudes of most of the staff...

On arrival this seemed like a good hotel , reception staff seemed friendly , rooms were spacious and clean , everything you wanted for an overnight stay . The parent who booked this hotel had made the staff ( at the time of...

We were happy with the nice large rooms but what really disappointed us was the attitudes of the staff and how they thought customer service should be. Lots of confusion when trying to order drinks ie getting charged twice ie on three occasions. Taking over 40...

I stayed here on the 17th March (St. Patrick's night) 2017. It's a clean, basic hotel and only ten minutes walk from the tram lines. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and I'd stay here again if I was visiting Oldham.

On arrival we were met by a random girl who we asked if we could check in. While she's chewed her chewing gum like a solo sock free in a tumble dryer. On booking in we checked the 'menu' at the front desk to see if an extra £5 was worth it for breakfast. (Not to mention the 8 pound...

Stayed here for one night in March. Hotel in great location, bus stop right outside which took us on a 20min ride into the centre of Manchester. All the staff and particularly the ladies on reception were very friendly and told us exactly which bus we would need and where to get off. We asked for extra tea bags and...
