I have stayed here before purely for work. Last time was great, food was lovely. Only one thing was the poor lighting in the room. This time was completely different experience. I checked in quite late was 10.30pm. The bar was full and so there was men in reception when I checked in. The self service check in machine wasn't...

Food was terrible, drinks over priced and the room had a door to the next room that we could hear the occupants in. Every time we went to the bar we ordered the same drinks and was charged a different price every time Very very upset with the whole experience.

Overall a disappointing hotel for a brand such as Village - windows let noise through all night and the general feel was of a hotel that had a lick of paint and not a refit. Staff made the hotel and certainly the score would be lower otherwise. Restaurant and bar food were Ok but priced on the high side. Pool...

Hi, myself and wife, Mr and Mrs Rowley, stayed at your hotel last night and wanted to raise some issues with you. We checked in for room 215 and went to the room. Very soon after we were joined in the room by another person who had also checked in room 215. Luckily we were still unpacking!! The person who...

Overall a great hotel with easy access to the surrounding areas. The standard of the rooms is excellent and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside is the extortionate price of wine in the pub (£8.40 for a large glass of white wine). Apart from that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
