My husband and I have stayed here a few times in the past 12 months. We have always been treated with perfection from all staff we've encountered every time - and the receptionist Laura was exceptionally helpful and always went out of her way to please and accommodate us with each visit. The food was out of this world! An...

After spending 2 nights here, I agreed with other guests, that the food was very very good, in fact it was better than I expected....great quality, and big portions, and plenty of choice. I just wish the same could be said for the bedrooms, we booked a superior, which needed updating in the bathroom, it just lacked TLC. Our view...

From the hotel description on Bookings.com you think 'what a lovely hotel'. As soon as we walked in I thought that again. Must have been a great country house originally, gorgeous sweeping grounds with modern annexes built on. However.................... Parking : very good. Plenty of it Reception : couldn't be better, a great lady checked us in and couldn't be...

Stopped on Sunday with my Sister who was visiting the area. The Receptionist was amazingly helpful despite being under alot of pressure on an obviously busy day. She couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had a great stay, booking us in for a late Sunday lunch and ensuring we could use the hot-tub even though the spa staff...

I stayed here for one night. Room was nice, comfortable bed, bathroom was modern. Everything was spotless. Staff at the front desk is helpful, all requests has been fulfiled. Park and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was very disappointing. After standing in queue for a while, eventually got place. But there was nothing to choose. Not even a single...

The hotel is well placed near the bypass to the motorways. On first inspection the hotel is a tad tired but to be fair its great value. I can see why wedding appeal as the external area is great. We had a pizza prior to leaving for the evening and being honest it was as it was a supermarket own...

I visited this hotel a few times in 2015 when looking for a nice place to take a break from work. I liked it so much we decided to get married there the following year. The hotel was fabulous, the staff were brilliant and we received many compliments on all aspects of the venue from our guests (who ranged from...
