Lovely hotel. Very modern with a nice bath/shower, TV, tea and coffee making and plenty of storage. The room was almost immaculate and the beds were comfortable. Everything you could want was included - even a shower cap! Breakfast in the morning was an all you can eat buffet of English and continental food. It was nice (staff were excellent!)... More

Last time we stayed here we got married 24 years ago. The place has changed a lot but mainly for the better. Friendly staff on check in/out, clean rooms with toiletries, tea and coffee facilities - a lot to like. Nice bar area too for a small hotel. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the meals. Definitely would... More

The Gainsborough Hotel It's situated in the Worcestershire countryside and is within walking distance of Kidderminster town centre. We stayed here for two nights. No Smoking Policy throughout the hotel but there's a shelter on the left hand side of the hotel as you go out if the front doors. On arrival ample sparking space, at front of hotel and... More

Booked in for one night only.....thankfully! The room was ridiculously warm, the heating turned up to full blast, however I think this was to dry out the carpet which had a just cleaned damp smell about it. I have never stayed in a hotel that leaves half used toiletries in the bathroom before. I found this very distasteful. If you... More
