Convenient location and good value for money. Unusually, this hotel is a converted mill and it has retained a lot of character - that's why we chose it over the cheaper hotel chain in Kidderminster and we weren't disappointed. The parking could catch you out and it's a shame it's not subsided for guests but the staff provide information and...

The team at this premier inn were great and welcoming and room comfortable and spotless. Food service was excellent but the food dire and most things unavailable. £5 for a tiny tub of ice cream! It is located in a shopping centre and we struggled to park arriving Saturday afternoon.

We stayed for just one night on our way down to Cheltenham races. We arrived at 11.15 pm and checkin was quick and friendly. Car parking is free from 6-30 pm to 8 am and we left at 8 next morning. Although only there overnight did notice the uniqueness of the building and the quality of the restoration. What made...

Really good location in the town and in a nicely renovated building which has kept its character. I paid quite a lot for one night on a previous visit but this time the two nights were under £100. The room was comfortable, clean and a good size, I liked the high ceilings, I guess a legacy of its former use....

Perfect hotel for a stay in Kidderminster visiting friends and family. It is centrally located, with plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The train station is walkable distance but cabs are plentiful. The staff were very friendly and the room extremely comfortable. So much so that we have just ordered one of the mattresses through their website! Have...

Couldn't fault our stay here, we spent a Friday night here for only £30 per room and and extra £9 for an all you can eat breakfast. Nice building, centrally located. comfy room and bed with a spacious shower cubicle and all staff were pleasant and professional. We will stay again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful building: I love that they have kept the brick work inside this stunning building - Slingfield Mill (I'm from Kidderminster originally, so it's nice to keep the heritage) Very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. I traveled up mid week to attend a family event, with my 16 yr old son. My only disappointment was the lack of Gluten/Dairy...

Nice hotel, clean and modern but just too far out of the town for my own choice. You have to pay for parking so the cheap booking was cancelled out with the parking charges. Staff friendly. We didn't try the food

This Premier Inn is situated in an old mill or factory on a retail park conveniently situated in the middle of town. It's good to see the old building still there, and there are many original features. The Premier Inn offering is consistent, you know what you are going to get. The food is good value if not particularly imaginative...

Liked the adaptation of the old mill into a Premier Inn. Rather soulless location in a car park in Kidderminster. But the accommodation itself was up to usual high standard of Premier Inns. Disappointed in the limited evening snack menu on offer in the fourth floor cafe, but the staff were very personable and helpful. Would recommend the hotel to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
