This was the third time we have stayed at the hotel & every time we visit, we love it more. We have stayed as a couple on shopping trips to nearby Bath but also with our children & dog as a weekend break & each time we have been looked after superbly by the friendly & attentive staff who are...

Stayed at his hotel for one night to celebrate a birthday. Booked a good room dinner bed and breakfast and I added a bottle of champagne. From the moment we arrived it was excellent. We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was amazing with the four poster bed. The staff were very attentive and friendly. For...

We really struggled to find a place that could accomodate 3 kids with us, so we were delighted to find this hotel. After an action packed day we had a quiet dinner in the bar overlooking the gardens. Whilst quite a squeeze (being a family of 5!!) it was super comfy and attractive with lovely linen etc. It didn't disappoint....

We really enjoyed our long weekend in this well managed independent hotel and experienced good customer service throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well appointed with the turn down service a nice touch. Breakfast was superb but we were disappointed with the modest proportions and limited menu offered with the dinner service. The food we ordered was beautifully...

So pleased to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. Just to correct one point - we are a four red star hotel not five stars with the additional formality and cost that usually entails. Thank you.

A beautiful small country house hotel in well kept and spacious grounds. Very helpful staff who really seem to care. High quality , innovative if expensive dinner menu. Dogs allowed and well catered for with bowl and bed - at small extra charge. Well located for dog friendly outings in Bradford on Avon and Steeple Ashton. Lacock Abbey nearby but...

Many thanks for your kind comments about your stay with your dog. Incidentally if you stay with us again we do have rooms in the coach house some of which are dog friendly and further into our large grounds so if you are sensitive about road noise (although it's not that close to the hotel) that might be better. Thanks...

We recently held a conference at the hotel and booked six bedrooms together with dinner and conference facilities for the following day. The service and the attention to detail was excellent and the feedback was so positive from our guests we will be using the hotel on a regular basis.

We stayed one night with evening meal and breakfast. It was the ideal location as we wanted to break our journey from East Anglia to Cornwall and this was half way. The rooms are named after the many trees in the grounds - ours was Pear - fairly large and airy room with a comfortable bed and a good modern...

Beechfield is a beautiful country home set in lovely grounds. Enjoyed the pool and couldn't fault the customer service. The restaurant meals and breakfast were exceptional- the venison main course was one of the best meals I have ever eaten.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had a room overlooking the garden and pool which was pleasant but as warm had no air conditioning which made it quite Hot. On arrival had difficulty getting a light bite as it was busy and seemed to be lacking staff. We also found this at dinner as had to serve your...

Staying here was part of a package which was included in a Classic hire and they picked the hotel and I don't think they could have picked a nicer one. We added another night and really pleased we did. First night we ate in the restaurant and the second in the lounge area and both meals where superb. The staff...
