This is the 5th time we've stopped at this hotel before going on holiday. Every time we're greeted by Jule's and Dave who are working on the reception. Nothings too much trouble for them and can't do enough to make your enjoyable

It felt like the heating was on full in our room, no temperature control and window only opened a tiny bit could not sleep or get comfy, the rest of the hotel was nice and cool tho, we left a night early.

Attending a wedding about 20 mins away. Just needed a room for a couple of nights as we would not be there much. It was fit for purpose and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff who were always on hand to help

Excellent receptionist, David. Fairly peaceful overall, no heating on but hot inside and out! Bath water not very hot. Overall it was a relaxing stay for four of us - would welcome supply of straitjacket for teenager and possibly toddler (only joking!).

Albeit too warm, the room was big enough for 4 and suited us for the short stay. The staff was very helpful and organized instant change of linings for the bed when asked for. The location is very handy when traveling through the country, the room is still very quite.

All round simple but clean and comfortable accommodation. Very good value for couples but not so for singles. Always eating facilities available nearby. Bring your own soap! (Didn't like foam dispensers).

Although we arrived at the reasonable time of around 11.30am we were charged an additional fee for checking in early! We were told the earliest time when we could check in was 3pm although we found our room to be ready as soon as we paid the extra anyway. Oh, and we both woke in the morning with a bad...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are truly sorry to learn of your disappointment with our Early Check in extra. At each of our hotels, we have a limited number of ready rooms set aside for guests wishing to check in early. As these rooms are limited and prepared outside of regular cleaning hours, we...

Stayed here twice within a week and both time the staff were very cheerful and made us feel very welcome in the hotel, the rooms were also immaculate. Couldn't of asked for a better stay. Great value for money.

Bath water was tepid, and only 1 towel in room for double occupancy. Fire/Smoke alarm in every room went off at 5:00 am! Free 30 minute WiFi was very slow, so not very useful. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
