Stayed a total of 4 nights. This hotel is conveniently located if you don't want to be on the main drag but only a few blocks from most things ie beach, market and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, shower is huge and powerful, room was clean, wifi was good and our breakfast was included and ok.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour for two nights. Pleasantly surprised. First hotel in two weeks to have any hot water, super efficient new ac units. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast included. Close enough to beach action but quiet at night. Would be happy to stay here again if in town.

My room had an aweful mildew smell. Bed was fine. Wifi not bad. Location is about 5 minutes to the beach. Hotel staff, fine. The breakfast is ok. Not gourmet but did the trick. Fairly quiet. To me the deal breaker is the horrible mildew smell.

The first room given to us had a bed full of dead ants. My husband was thinking the AC hadn't been turned on in a while and when we turned it on, immediately entering the room, it might have blown a bunch of dead ants from the AC on to the bed, either way, they quickly gave us a different...

First impression was a cool welcome at the front desk, we requested a room on the second floor and the receptionist seemed unhappy about that. Shower was terrible, no warm water and no pressure, ended up washing my hair in the sink because no way could I rinse shampoo out. Generally run down and tired place, windows don't close, toilet...

Nice to be away from noisy beach by 3 blocks. Lots of shops nearby if you need anything. Rooms are large. Bathrooms have lots of hot water. A/C works perfectly. We had large fluffy towels, which is unusual in these parts. Get to Playa Hermosa or other beach by taxi as local beach isn't the best. Staff are Ok. Breakfast...

As beaches go, San Juan del Sur is pretty nice, and there even nicer beaches close by, but at a cost of $5 - $10 per day (including transportation). The hotel is pretty quiet, and fairly basic. There is a grassy area that doubles as parking for those "en voiture". A pleasant covered terrace area, with sturdy tables and chairs...

I was here for 1 night for business purposes. I've been received very friendly. The room was spacious and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. It's just outside the noisy nightlife part of town, great. Big private on-site parking available. Breakfast was ok! They also have a tower with a nice view over town and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.
