Room was clean, comfortable, and secure. Staff were all very pleasant. Parking available right out front with security on 24/7. Wifi was very reliable. All meals we ate here were great. Right across Main Street from the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

A group of 11 stayed at the Hotel Victoriano for three nights. The hotel beds were comfortable, the AC was robust, the wi-fi adequate, and the shower hot water was plentiful and hot unlike some cheaper places our group stayed at elsewhere in Nicaragua. Our group liked the seating area with tables at the front of the hotel with the...

We stayed for a family vacation. The hotel rooms were very musty and caused asthma for two people in our party. They never shared that breakfast was included. They were willing to move us but the other rooms were the same way. After extensive discussion they said they would refund our second night stay as we couldn't stay. It has...

I had an ocean view, king sized bed, flat screen tv (to watch primaries/caucuses) and a scorpion in my shower: =) Loved this place. It had a relaxing feel to it. Can't quite put my finger on it but I felt at peace being in this hotel. The service was impeccable, especially Rapha who was really tolerant of my self-serving...

This beautiful hotel is in a prime location of San Juan del Sur, walking distance from all of the restaurants and bars, but not so close that the music and noise are an issue. It is also right on the bay, so you can have your coffee while enjoying the breeze and watching the boats on the bay. It is...

It's a nice building and would be a great budget hotel. Except it charges a little more than that. Plus points are the friendly reception and bar staff, rooms are large, beds comfortable. Breakfast is good but is not buffet and can take an age to arrive. Wifi is great in the lobby but poor in the rooms. The bathrooms...

Our room faced the beach and had a balcony. It was really spacious and clean. It was so nice to have a pool to relax in and the cocktails at this place are amazing especially the daiquiris. The hotel rooms are a little pricey but very nice.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel's inner courtyard is a great public space. The check-in person wasn't quite as friendly as they could have been, but otherwise everything about the hotel was great. You will most likely want to go to a beach out of town; Casa Oro, a few blocks away, has a convenient and...

We stayed in SJDS for 2 nights - traditional tourist friendly beach town. Great view of the bay/boats. Hotel was okay, getting some work done (boards around pool repaired, painting spindles..and I expect that from a 1902 location)..but the front desk woman, she was pretty unpleasant and forget about a smile! The food service folks were good (breakfast and drinks...

The rooms at Hotel Victoriano have everything I like when traveling, internet, a/c, hot water, and few bugs. The hotel is also right on the strip, so it's very convenient to restaurants and souvenir shopping. What the hotel lacks is good staff. The room floors were filthy, and the restaurant and front desk service were both poor. If they could...
