We would have rated at least a 9 given all services and amenities other than the pool situation. Having access to relatives in the area who would have hosted us, we paid to stay in a hotel specifically to have access to the pool for our grandchildren. At check-in we were told the pool was being chemically treated due to high usage over the Memorial Day weekend and that it should be available for swimming beginning at about 5:00 PM that same day, i.e. in several hours. We checked out after our two-night stay having never been able to use the pool because it was never opened for swimming.

I am a firm believer in that your employees make the difference. A+ employees here doing the small things that make our stay great. From Kathy going the extra mile to get me a small ziplock bag of ice to Irene's beautiful caring smile and personality. These are the type people I would hire myself that would make a successful business. Not all Hilton brand hotels are living up to the highest quality right now thru Covid but I will say this hotel is the right choice to stay at. It has everything you need and it's being maintained, unlike many others. The overall look, feel and cleanliness is among the top hotels. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends, family and followers. Everyone ease say hi to Irene and remind her how much people like her make the difference. Great breakfast with plenty of choices and tasted good. Easy drive to the Hershey theme park. Bathroom fan does not turn off, it is hardwired. This did help drown out the team kids that were there. Indoor pool with seating looked good, though we did not use. Small exercise room.

Disgusting! My room was very dirty. Do not go here. It’s overpriced for what it is. Lots of great and cheaper hotels nearby. I went for a weekend recently and we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Save your money.

Great location at a great price. Easy parking, friendly knowledgeable staff , clean elevator and room. Room quiet at nights. ? Temperature control. Easy on for freeways and close to major park, medical facilities and restaurants. Easy to downtown Hershey.

We stayed on the first floor and there is an issue with the pipes that woke our family up multiple times in the middle of the night and early the next morning. No rest and while the front desk folks were nice, no offer was made for a refund or discount and the manager has not called back despite multiple calls and messages left. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY SLEEP...

We decided on this hotel for a 15th birthday party with friends. After going in the pool area for a few seconds our eyes were burning and you develop a cough from the chemicals in the air! It gets a ⭐️

We had stayed at this hotel in the exact same room a year previous and had a wonderful time. However this time, we were woken up on our second night multiple times by loud vibrating pipes. The noise occurred multiple times from 7-9pm. My daughter was woken up at 9pm and 9:20pm. I was woken up at midnight by the same noise several times in a row. I was also woken up again at 4:30am. And it continued to be an issue from 6:20am on. The front desk told me they were aware of the problem, but could not fix it. I did end up getting 30% off my second night, however I think I should have gotten the night free (at the least). Honestly no compensation would make up for the lack of sleep and the worry I experienced all night. Why am I paying for a hotel room where I can’t sleep and why are they selling a room that they know has this problem? I nearly drove 45 mins with my 8 year old at midnight to stay at a hotel I was comfortable with. I also considered sleeping in my car on a 40 degree night. Absolutely unacceptable. …

Overall I was very happy with the room, the mattress, the bathroom and the breakfast. I was able to park next to the entrance and that was a plus. They had dollies to help me wheel in my baggage. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Great location.

Very nice hotel, staff is helpful. Close that you can get to a lot in Hershey, but enough away from town for quietness. Breakfast was good, a decent selection of stuff. Pool was open till 10, which was nice since the 1st night I didn't get there till 9:15
