I've been staying at this B&B since 2002; at first for traveling work at the hospital and now just because I love it! Mary and Tony treat you like family! The house has a warmth that envelopes you when you step in and doesn't leave until you walk out. They help with anything you need, want, suggestions for dinner, places...

My daughter and I spent a quick night at the Harvest Inn while visiting Honesdale. We enjoyed the cozy rooms and the delightful breakfast with a charming innkeeper. Everything was clean and tidy, I would do it all over again. The convenient downtown location was perfect!

I stayed here a couple of times and each time the staff treated me like I was a member of their own family and the breakfast they made was great, not only was it hot, but they made sure you had enough, and I can say that you will not leave the table hungry

This was my husband and mine's first stay at a Bed & Breakfast, we will definitely do it again. Mary & Tom made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in the door. The home was clean and very well maintained. The breakfasts are excellent!! This was also our 10th wedding anniversary, Mary & Tom went above and beyond...

I stayed here for four nights and would liked to have stayed longer. Mary and Tony McHugh are wonderful innkeepers: friendly, welcoming, engaging and interesting to talk to. Mary made the most delicious comfort food breakfasts all week. My room was in the back so the road noise was less (it is situated on the main street through Honesdale). I...

Stayed here for two nights and could not have been more welcomed by Mary - excellent hostess and excellent breakfasts thank you we will be back. The hotel is in an ideal place for seeing Honesdale on foot and anything you want to know ask Mary. Excellent Mexican restaurant where you can take your own alcohol but do not try...

I have stayed at the Harvest Inn dozens of times and have never been disappointed! Mary is a fabulous host who is warm and friendly and will always go the extra mile for you. The rooms are spacious and homely. Mary cooks the best breakfast and is extremely flexible with breakfast times! I love staying at the Harvest Inn and...

It's any B&B owners nightmare to have a full house and have the furnace go out in the middle of the night and have no central heat or hot water for guests. This happened to us-- but it isn't something that would or could happen every day. What apparently IS an everyday situation is down-at-the-heel linoleum in the bathroom with...

I'm a NY based photographer and I've been traveling to Honesdale, PA every year to take pictures of the foliage during the fall, and of the landscape, which is absolutely beautiful around there, and I always stay at the Harvest Inn. Sometimes I travel alone and sometimes with my family. I love this place, the rooms are very comfortable and...

I hate to write a review that's negative but if you're reading this, you want the truth. The Inn is unclean and the rooms smell old and musty. The sheets on our bed were simply worn out and smelled like they had been washed with old mop water. The pillows were frayed, old and needed to be thrown out several...
