Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay. Booked this hotel so my husband and two kids could stay here after our day at Hershey park. The “manager” was very unprofessional and wouldn’t give me my room key. Stated that I had called earlier in the day asking to book a room for 5. She refused to give me a refund and left me without a room @ 10:30 at night after a long day at the park. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was kind of trashy too. Not what I expected. Don’t go here. After reading the other reviews, looks like they’ve scammed other people out of money too. ***Replying to your response. No I never bargained for a room. I booked my stay through Hotels.com. I was told to take it up with them for a refund, when I did (in the parking lot @ 10:30 at night with two crying, tired children) they had told me the manager at your hotel denied my refund. You seem very unprofessional just by the way your grammar is. Your hotel is a joke and so is your staff. Thanks to you, I am out 250$. That’s okay though, by the looks of your nasty hotel and management you guys need it more than I do. Have a great evening. Watch out everyone, these people are scammers.…

Booked very last minute after leaving another local hotel. This one badly needs a refurbishment. But it was very clean and the lady on the front desk was very nice and helpful. Decent night's sleep and plenty of parking with no hassles. Could be very good with the location if someone would invest.

Our stay started with being told the pool heater was broke. But “the cold water would feel good on hot days”. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Musty smell. We were given an occupied room, opened door and other people’s belongs and food all over room. Different room given. No bathroom toiletries are provided in the rooms. Stains on bed coverings. Hair in tub. Mold on inside of shower curtain. Dusty ledges on entertainment center. Opened in room refrigerator to find half gallon of milk and 2 frozen food meals in the fridge. Fridge had dried liquid of some sort all on bottom. Microwave dirty. Went to desk to get cleaning supplies to clean it. Went to pool, found dead spiders and bugs around the area. Water too cold to swim. Dirty windows, piles of broken bricks outside windows. Non-functioning old vending machines. Morning breakfast had box donuts, bagels, English muffins and cereal. 1 giant tub of cream cheese for all to share. Milk in gallons jugs in a small refrigerator on counter. Paid way too much for a place in such nasty conditions. Hotel does not look like the picture listed anymore. Not a Quality Inn anymore.…

Hotel was part of a gift for my adult son and friend who were in town for a concert. Since he’s not 21 yet, he wasn’t allowed to stay. My husband took a half day off work and drove 6 hrs. so my son could keep the reservation. Then, the hotel charged an additional $50 for the “extra person” . An additional fee for “three” people in a double Queen room??? Ridiculous . I’ve never experienced this fee in all my years of traveling. The hotel isn’t even that nice. They really made things difficult and made sure to get every penny they could! Oh, and when I called the front desk later on to ask about the rate for the evening, I was given a price and NEVER asked how many people the reservation was for! They def took advantage of our situation!
