The hotel is not clean. The elevators have dirty floors. The breakfast is not what I expected, poor execution and little variety. I stayed 2 nights so they didn't make my room after the first night. The toilet cannot be shorter, quite uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed had blood stains on it.

Not the Fairfield like others-huge disappointment. We were told by one clerk it was due to covid (Still!!). Another clerk said they were a “Green Hotel”. Staff: Most were friendly Maid Service: Every other day service of room. On our service days, they kept missing things. We did have to ask for trash bags to dump our trash and when we wanted cups (even when we first arrived). They never replaced ice bags or dispensers when they were empty of soap/shampoo. When they made the beds, they just threw the covers back. Breakfast: hot with oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, blueberry muffins, various breads, sausage most days, eggs cooked various ways. Noise: It is noisy and maybe due to lots of kids. Also, noise from outside from the park could be heard in the room. A/C: fine Beds/Pillows: Super Soft to the point of almost too soft Location: Fine for in town places…

First the good: Convenient to Hershey Park Plenty of free parking Decent free breakfast for this type of place Staff was friendly Negatives Housekeeping every other day, which for our two day stay meant never Elite members got two waters on check in and that is it. Any more you had to buy Two Queen bedded room had 3 pillows per bed. Would have expected 4. Staff found an extra pillow for us but still they couldn’t find two and given the lack of heft they need two per potential person

We stayed here for a family visit to Hershey-4 rooms in total. The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, well maintained and ready on time. Plenty of free parking. The free breakfast was typical and fine for our needs. The indoor pool was great for small children. The hotel is close to the park and restaurants. One small problem we had was taken care of promptly. We would stay here again.

I'm starting with the positive aspects of this hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff was polite and attentive. The location was excellent--just a short ride to Hershey Park and local restaurants. However, the rooms are ordinary with the smallest flat screen tv that I've seen in a hotel in recent months. The housekeeping is every other day, and when housekeeping came she gave us new towels, made the bed, but she did not clean the mirror or bathroom vanity. We did not receive another bar of soap or extra cups or a roll of toilet paper even though one reel was empty. The thermostat was hard to adjust in the room. In addition, the toilet kept on running and had to be adjusted frequently. The free breakfast was ok, but it lacked bread choices. The English muffin with ham and egg was hard and unappetizing after being overcooked in a hot dish. In all, the hotel was OK, but the rates were pricey for ordinary accommodations. …

This place sucks. The couch in the room is terrible, the tv wouldn’t work , I couldn’t connect to the internet, and my Roku couldn’t go into the tv. It was already hard getting it in because the box on the back of the tv blocks the 2 hdmis. I didn’t enjoy this place and would not recommend it.

Stayed here for one night so we could get an early start at Hersheypark. Me and two teens so we splurged on a room with two queen beds and a siting area that had a love seat that folded out to a bed. The sitting area had a tv in addition to the one in the main sleeping area. The interior of the hotel is in excellent condition. Our beds were comfy and the linens and towels were nice. The carpeting is in great shape. Room was spotless. I appreciate the fact the tvs also allow you to stream prime and Netflix (if you have those accounts). Breakfast in the morning was typical hotel fare and that’s not a complaint. It was very good. If I had one quibble it would be that I wish there were more fresh fruit offered than just bananas. Also there were bagels to toast but no bread slices. But we still had plenty to eat. Hotel is in a great location, very near chocolate avenue and all the restaurants and coffee shops found there. Room was NOT cheap, but still a lot less expensive suce than the Hershey hotels (which are nice but extremely pricey). Given how it was a great way to start our quick trip, and the fact it was only one night, it was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again.…

Thanks for noticing :) We take cleanliness and service very seriously and we have high standards for our staff. Our location is wonderful as we are just minutes away from all Hershey attractions, shopping and restaurants! Our rates do change season to season so due to the summer season starting and HersheyPark open full time our rates have increased, if you are interested you may sign up to be a Bon Voy Member and your stays will earn points that can count towards free night stays! Booked three large rooms for two nights each for family Easter weekend at Hershey Park. Got back to our room after a full day and it was a mess. Gave new towels and that’s it. Didn’t make the bed, didn’t empty any of the trash and didn’t even replace the coffee in the room. I called the front desk- no answer. I called the hotel operator- no answer, and this is at 9:30 PM, not even late at night. After three more calls finally someone answered and told us they no longer do beds, garbage or coffee! And we are paying premium rates because of the holiday- about $700 per room for the two days. No place does it say any of this on their website, and nobody told us of any of this. And no answer at the desk? What if there were an emergency? A person finally came up and told us SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE IN THE HOTEL at that time and was running around taking care of things. One other note- we requested a handicap-accessible room for mobility issues. When we got here, it was not reserved that way. The clerk said that the central reservation office (the only way to make a reservation) doesn’t know what rooms the hotel has! What we were given was a room with a regular bathroom, not a walk in shower. It just had grab bars and a folding seat, AND it was on the fifth floor! Handicap access dictates that these rooms should be on the lowest or ground floor for safe escape in an emergency. Awful experience. Hotel NOT recommended.…

Hotel staff were very friendly and extremely professional. Spending the weekend in Hershey, PA and we were allowed to check in early. Hotel was very busy, but overall the staff was very prepared and organized. Pool was great, morning breakfast was very nice. Overall a great experience.
