Befs uncomfortable, couch with pullout trundle ( with wooden sides) Not very safe . Our 2yr old fell into the trundle while open got a golf ball size egg on head. . The tvs are to close tgether in the suite. The breakfast area where the food is , to small needs to be opened up more was super crowded .. for the amount of money per night the pool was closed and noone could give an answer as to why. I reserved the hotel for the pool. If pool wasnt open i should have received a discount because it clearly said pool.. not happy with hotel. Will not go back

The room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast had a nice selection but I couldn't give it 5 stars because we didn't get an ipgrade and the hot tub was closed which was why I selected this hotel. We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to Hershey Giant stadium where we were attending the Hershey RV Show.

This is our second time staying at this particular property. We previously stayed here a couple of years ago prior to their recent renovations. The hotel itself is nice and the room was well appointed and comfortable. The location is great as well, it is a straight shot to the front gates of Hershey Park, no more than a five minute drive if that. The big negative was the pitiful breakfast they serve there. The setup is terrible, it is in a small alcove in the dinning room, during breakfast hours it gets really crowded, so much so, that you have people bumping into each other due to the cramped nature of the breakfast area. This is by far one of the worst breakfast offerings I have experienced at a Marriott property. The food was literally inedible. Basically, they had three chaffing dishes with nuked breakfast sandwiches in plastic bags, not hot scrambled eggs or any other freshly cooked breakfast options. The sandwiches were soggy from having been nuked or heated in the plastic bags, they had little to no flavor and overall were terrible. They also offered a breakfast frittata, also in a plastic bag that was nuked. It was also inedible. They did have two waffle irons, which seemed to be what most patrons gravitated to. They offered a limited variety of cereal as well as yogurt. We are Marriott Reward Members and always stay at Marriott properties and this was by far the worst breakfast of any Marriott property we have stayed at.…

I was traveling with my husband, daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren. I booked two rooms, and we were placed directly across the hall from each other without asking. The hotel is very clean and all the staff were extremely nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The pool and hot tub were well kept and there were plenty of chairs for the accompanying adults to sit with several families. The location to Hershey Park did not disappoint and the car museum is sight from the main entrance of the hotel. Great location if this is the reason for your trip, but expect lots of kids at the hotel. The only complaint would be breakfast. The prepackaged sandwiches just didn’t get it for me and the others in our party but my husband enjoyed them. I did however enjoy the toast, cereal and waffles. …

Noisy, felt that I could hear every door closing in the building; the 2 queen bed studio seemed crowded; breakfast was below average, I did not like prepackaged items, but there were 2 waffle machines, that is a plus for us; This hotel felt dated in general; it was ok but would like to try different hotel next time visiting Hersheypark

Recently stayed here for the Memorial Day Hershey soccer tournament and couldn't have been more pleased. It was a fairly spacious suite for the money, the hotel was impeccably clean and staff was friendly despite the hotel crawling with boisterous soccer children. Hershey park and local attractions were only minutes away too. Breakfast was exactly what we needed for some quick fuel before heading out. 4 different cereals, assorted breads, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, egg sandwiches, and milk. Pretty sure the waffle makers never stopped each morning lol! Staff were quick to replenish supplies as they dwindled and even the coffee was palatable. Pool was a little small mostly because there were so many kids trying to use it at the same time. They had a nice patio that we sat on and had dinner one night while the kids swam in the pool. My sister and I stayed here on Thursday, March 23rd. We were attending a concert at Hershey Theater. The hotel was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is in a great location; minutes from Hershey Park and a ten minute drive to Hershey Theater. The gym was clean and had a variety of machines and free weights. The pool looked inviting as well. We will return if in the area again!

The location is fabulous. It is a quick drive to most of the local attractions. The staff were helpful and kind. My kids and I went out the day before our event so we could swim and relax. I inquired at the front desk to see if the pool heater was working and she said yes, it is the normal temp of 71. Oh my, when it is too cold for kiddos that speaks volumes. Lol The hot tub had a chair blocking it with a sign that said out of order. Thankfully, after the front desk inquired with maintenance they said it was fine. That saved the day. The hotel is currently being renovated so there is a lot of activity. I would stay there again if I was in the Hershey area.

A little bit away from from the main downtown Hershey area but close enough to enjoy this spot. Very close to the car museum. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. We would stay here again if in the area. No surprises. Enjoyable. And quiet.

The employees from the Front Desk to Housekeepers to Breakfast Bar is ABOSLUTLY AMAZING! Smiles Galore, personality to match. Going above and beyond to help or get anything that is needed. I would recommend this Amazing Hotel to anyone considering going to Hershy. Breakfast Bar ladies, Bev and Sue...Well let's just say they are the start to your day! Those ladies are what you need right after coffee....GREAT LADIES! In my book...5 STAR HOTEL!!!
