Rooms run down and dirty looking , door stuck really bad had to kick it to open . Breakfast was horrible not good like advertised. Would not recommend. Unless you like noisy not very clean and run down room .
No nonsense stay for a conference. Close to the venue, the shuttle service was nice, the hotel was quiet and convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. Close to a couple nice restaurants, and also to a drug store to pick up snacks and a few items I forgot.
We are happy with the Days inn. We love the location of the hotel. The work they did inside is very nice. this will be our "Go To]' for future Hershey trips . The rooms are very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Shower works great
Stayed at the Hershey Days Inn for one night for a concert at the Giant Center. The price for one night was nearly $300 which is way overpriced, but paid it out of necessity and convenience to the venue. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades and maintenance. Only one light switch worked properly in the room, the bathroom shower faucet was difficult to use. The room had a terrible, damp, musty odor. One the positive side, staff was friendly and efficient. There is no shuttle service to the Giant Center which would be a great addition to the hotel.
This was a very clean, enjoyable place to stay. We stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms. We couldn't have asked for anything nicer than the room we were in. There is no question that we will stay here again. Also, our breakfast was very good and the food area was very clean too!
My daughter and I stayed here one night. I picked this hotel because of the great reviews. That night, we saw roaches in the bathroom. We checked out early the next morning, and when I told the woman at the front desk, all she said was “ohhhh…” No apology, nothing. Will never stay here again.
Staff was strict and not friendly. Yelled at many guests during my stay over silly rules. (No more than 4 people in hot tub when there was 5… etc) they need to get a life. Also my microwave was broken
Staff was horrible and rude. Very strict for how disgusting the hotel was. The kids weren’t allowed to play with toys in the pool and got yelled at for not wearing shoes in the hallway LEAVING THE POOL
Liked the hotel, the beds and pillows were very comfortable....would have liked a smart TV so I could watch MSGgo on the TV as PA does not get MSG. Lobby was really well decorated for Christmas, really festive. Breakfast was very light, would have liked toast, but the coffee was good.
Debbie was amazing. Love the way the lobby is decorated. Rooms nice and clean. Typical grab and go breakfast. Walking distance to a lot of local businesses. The location is right behind Hershey Park. Will be back. Thank you for all that you do in these times.
