We stayed for 2 nights Valentine's weekend in a very comfortable room with a double jacuzzi tub. The tavern had a generous wine tasting in the afternoon. The restaurant was fully booked both nights. There was live music and the most amazing food, all farm to table. The entire stay was so very relaxing, from our room to the living...

My husband and I have eaten at the Settlers Inn for dinner, and we find the food very good, creative, and the dining service excellent. This time we decided to stay at the Inn for Valentines Day. The staff to a person was warm, hospitable and kind. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was well appointed, large with a...

We travel to the Poconos mostly in the fall and summertime but decided to take a quick winter weekend escape and chose the warm and quaint Settler's Inn this time. Upon our check-in, the staff at the front desk could not be more personable and even helped us with your luggage as we walked up to the third floor. Our...

Settlers Inn is well-decorated but mostly what you want at an inn is a place to get some sleep! Unfortunately the bed and bedding here are godawful. HARD mattress, hard pillows, and a plastic mattress cover that crunches when you move. Seriously? For the prices here a comfortable bed with a pillow top mattress and down comforter/bedding is expected. If...

We have been going to Settlers Inn since 2002. It is the best of all the B&Bs where we have stayed. The staff is outstanding and personable. The food is great, and there are also nearby dining venues which are good, too. This past visit was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. We plan to return, as it is beautiful...

We’re happy to hear the farm to table cuisine was great and that the staff was outstanding and personable. We have stayed at the Settlers Inn several times over the last 10 or so years. The inn is lovingly restored and maintained and one is always warmly welcomed when arriving. We were there for the Candlelight Christmas Dinner this weekend and again had a fabulous stay. The restaurant is great. Food is well-prepared using local ingredients and presented in...

Our first visit occurred in November 2014. The wife and I wanted to find a quiet get-away with cozy atmosphere reflecting a bit of the old-time, roadside inns of an earlier era. Settlers Inn presented us with such a place. The inn is not elaborate yet offers comfortable rooms with a slight hint of the rustic and an attached restaurant...

My wife and I stopped at the inn the night before Thanksgiving, as a midpoint stay during our road trip to celebrate the holiday with family in Connecticut. We chose the bed and breakfast because it wasn't too far off our intended route, had cozy looking rooms, and great reviews. Mostly we were not disappointed. We stayed in room 211,...

We went here because of the excellent trip advisor reviews and were completely impressed. It's such a nice place to go, you can dress up and not be out of place.
