I am very unhappy and disappointed with my hotel stay. I checked in today and has to move to 4 different rooms. The first 2 rooms had very bad odors and the 3rd room was not cleaned at all. There were dirty towels all over the bathroom and the beds were a mess. The final room was finally suitable for us to stay with no odor but there was drawing all over the walls. So I told the front desk and the guy (supervisor) at the time, told me he was not comping my stay and that he checked the first 2 rooms and he smelled nothing and that I was just saying it smelled. Pretty much calling me a liar. Then when I said the last room was not cleaned, he said the house keeping manager always checks the rooms to make sure they are clean and I told him to go up there and check and see for yourself since you think I’m lying about that too. He also said we had a problem a month ago and ask why we booked a reservation at this hotel again. I have never been treated like this before anywhere and this is totally unacceptable. He was very unprofessional and very rude and has no customer service skills at all and he had no business being that rude and snotty to me and my family. I will not be staying here again and to be honest I don’t want to be here now but we have a toddler and can’t just move hotels like that. Very disappointed and dissatisfied! He should not have a supervisor position if he doesn’t even know how to talk to people!…
Hotel was decorated cute for Easter. It was clean and hotel staff was helpful. Hot tub was down. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Good value for the money. Location wasn’t around too much but there was a diner next door and a Sheetz across the street. Other places weren’t far and drivable.
We stayed at this hotel to go to a concert at the Giant Center. It was only 10 minutes away without traffic. Very convenient and very clean. It’s also a pet friendly hotel so it was great to see dogs around the property with their owners.
TJ and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and went beyond the norm to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly one of the best I've had for a complementary, buffet style. I highly recommend this hotel, and believe me, I am a frequent traveler. Nice job, everyone!
Horrible mattress's and they messed up our reservation and gave it to someone else. They charged us again for a room even though we paid way in advanced. No phone in room so you can’t call the front desk. No extra pillows or towels.
Awesome and all super clean. The breakfast is amazing and worth every penny. The cleanning in the rooms was amazing and I don't have any complaints at all. Super easy the check in and the pool and areas were very clean. Highly recommended and worth the money.
From the moment we arrived, staff was very pleasant, particularly TJ. Hotel was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Parking was no problem and complimentary breakfast was simply delightful.
Beautiful Easter themed lobby! We were given a handicap room on the third floor that we didn't request and found it to be under construction. Person on desk was clueless. Second room also on the third floor had a pillow without a pillowcase laying in the middle of the bed, a window open and two lights on causing us to wonder if someone else was using the room. Apparently just a lazy housekeeper. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel and it's in the lobby! Breakfast starts late at 7am. There is a restaurant in the parking lot that opens early and if you show your keycard you get 10% off but this was never mentioned at checkin. We found out from another guest too late.
We stayed here for a night in Hershey and were very pleased. Hotel was cleaned and maintained. The entire staff was very friendly. Troy was extremely attentive and nice. We would stop here again any time.
Rooms were very clean and front desk was very Welcoming. Breakfast was good . The staff was very helpful suggesting restaurants and local favorites!!!! Zach the General manager puts in long hours . He is always there. He has a good team!!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!
