We had room 2 at the Modern Cape Cod House. This is a nice relaxing place. Do not expect a fancy B&B. Its a farm house. Joyce is a really nice and special lady. The rooms are nice and clean. You must remember you are on a farm...... You have a common room which is nice and roomy. It consist...

The host family at the Eby Farm is just wonderful and made our stay in their 200-year-old farmhouse a totally delightful time!! It was like being part of their Mennonite family for a day with time spent looking around the farm, watching the milking process (they welcome help with farm chores!!), enjoying a delicious breakfast and chatting at length about...

Stayed here with my wife and two young children. Joyce and Mel put us up in the newer house and we stayed for three nights. In the morning after arriving we all went over to the Barn across the field and saw the cows getting fed. Joyce and one of her granddaughters gave us a personal tour. My 2 1/2...

Our neighborhood bible study just spent two nights with Joyce at Eby Farm B&B. It was delightful, and Joyce is a warm, loving, friendly inn keeper, who is now "friend." It's comfy, clean and in just the right location for everything we wanted to do and see.

We stayed for 3 nights on this Farm in the old 1814 Farmhouse, which is kind of like a small apartment building attached to the owners half of the house. I cannot put into words what the memories we made, mean to us. Lynette, who lives with her husband and four childrenat the farmhouse was very gracious and made a...

Really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was delicious! We also enjoyed the two dinners with Amish families that Joyce set up for us. The food was wonderful and the people could not have been nicer. Very quiet and peaceful area that gives you a very safe feeling. Doors are never locked. The whole area is beautiful. Already planning our...

It was a last minute decision by my wife to stay somewhere different that an average hotel. Boy was it! Our two teens had a wonderful time - my son never touched his electronics! Instead he enjoyed playing in the creek, fishing, helping with chores and being outside like we often wish the kids would. This is a real farm...

We love going to Eby Farm! We asked our kids at the begining of summer if there was anything they wanted to do and they said go back to Eby Farm. So we did! We like to stay in the newer Cape cod house because we truly enjoy the company of Mel and Joyce. The house is always so welcoming...

I just had to share my experience after staying at the Eby Farm this past week. I happened to call this beautiful gem for a last minute trip to Lancaster with my family of five (the daughters ages 11,4, and 17 months). Joyce Eby, couldn't have made it any easier despite the last minute arrangements. We arrived to a beautiful...
