This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The hotel was infested with bugs, bed bugs and spiders. The bedspread was riddled with cigarette burns. The bathroom had black mold and mildew. Bath tub was full of body hair, and the water took ten minutes to get hot. The doors don't have the flip lock...

Worst hotel ever .... Room 110 smells like dry urine, the shower is falling apart, it was scary to sleep on the bed because you are not sure if it was ever cleaned, the pool is close (actually the pool looks as if it's been inoperative for several months), the building looks like the projects. Run.... Spend the extra amount...

When we entered the lobby and saw the dirty glass doors we should have turned around. The pool was out of service. The number for our room was written on the door in sharpie. Our room was less than clean. The remote did not work on the ancient TV. There was an ironing board with no iron. The advertised lounge...

We were disappointed, to say the least, when we checked into this hotel, the property is a mess. The windows are broken on the third floor where our room was and they looked like they were going to fall out onto the road. The lobby is nice, but nothing else is. The front desk clerk was rude and when my...

Dirty. Nasty. Run down. First room given to us, the air conditioner was broken. Given a new room, air conditioner functional, but barely. Musty odor. Late at night, other guests were still by the pool, yelling and partying. Called the hotel office, who apparently spoke to these guests, but it did not put a stop to it.

I generally don't write bad reviews, but this visit was just awful. The front desk people were friendly and tried to be helpful, but that and the beds appeared to be clean and comfortable were the only good things about the whole stay. And I have stayed here several times over the last winter and it was not this run...

Checked into this hotel after traveling from Pittsburgh to Cleveland and partially back late at night. Checked in around 10:45pm. Clerk was young and barely seemed to know what to do. Lobby and website are ok. Get to the room which the clerk says is on the top floor (3rd). Upon getting on elevator that was very slow, there were...

This hotel was so old and dirty, we left and were glad to give up our first night charge just so we wouldn't have to stay overnight. I read reviews before I booked but I do not understand how anyone could stay here. No bulbs in the lamps, tv reception very poor, dirty bathroom and the smell of smoke was...

Stay away at all costs. This place is a dive. They lie to your face. They advertise a free continental breakfast and free wifi.... Both are a joke. Breakfast was so minimal and everything was already finished half an hour into it. Was it finished or does it even exist. And wifi does not work and they have every excise...

The Downtown Erie Hotel was nice and relatively clean. It was on a busier street so you could hear traffic. We had a pool view and it face a less busier street so there was not as much noise. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
