Nice place. Fresh clean rooms. Affordable price. The new owners are updating the rooms. Looks great! Nice outdoor setting under large oak trees with picnic tables and sitting areas. Pet friendly. Flexible check in.

It is what it is. A motel, nothing fancy, it was clean, smelled ok, did not see any bugs. Wifi worked ok. We stayed in room 1. The bed closest to the door was not very comfortable, had a low spot and every move I made causes a loud creaking noise. I would replace that mattress and box springs.

As new owners we have replaced many mattresses and have implemented a dehumidification system which maintains a fresh scent in each room.

Nice little place. The price was right, the room was basic and no frills but it was comfortable. Wifi wasn't working though. No place to eat within walking distance, but there were some good options down the road a bit. Staff were super friendly!

Loved this place. Old fashioned - they actually have one of those dials where the proprietor fixes a time for check-out. it is behind a Citgo station a couple of miles east of town, far enough back from the road so you don't hear road noise. "Paul" died several years ago and his wife, alas, died this year, I was...

I like pauls's but saving money by using kids mattresses over wooden slates defeats the entire reason for a traveler getting a room........I spent the entire night moving from one single bed to another to change the location of welts on my back from the under slats of the bed.............I honestly don't think I ever.........repeat.......ever had a worse night then...

We are the new owners as of June of 2016 and there are no beds using kids mattresses over wooden slates. I can't state whether this was true in February of 2010, but please rest assure the mattresses have been updated. - Adults and kids welcomed!

Six of us took a motorcycle trip to see the PA Grand Canyon and surrounding sights. We stayed at Paul's and were very happy we did. We had the rooms above the store and found them to be very comfortable, clean, roomy, and quiet. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with everything we asked for and were very...

This is a mom and pop little motel. Paul was the pop, but died last year we were informed. It's a nice little motel right outside of Coudersport for $50 a night. Room was nice and clean and the woman who owns it was really, really nice. The rooms were clean and all we needed for the night. There was...
