If you're looking for an authentic farm experience of a bed and breakfast, call Fallen Tree and book a room. My wife and I stayed in the Grey Mare suite, which was wonderfully spacious and classic. Literally this place is probably 200 years old and there is character at every corner of the place. Kim, the owner and inkeeper met...

My husband and I spent Valentine's weekend at the Graham's Retreat room here and thoroughly loved our stay. From arriving to roses, champagne, and chocolate strawberries, to falling asleep with our own little fireplace burning in a cozy room of this circa 1700s farmhouse, surprised by an evening decadent dessert buffet complete with a chocolate fountain, and waking up to...

We loved our room, Graham's Retreat, with King bed and fireplace and porch semi-overlooking the magical ruins garden where the owners host weddings. Fantastic breakfast, host Kim was delightful-she is truly gifted at the art of hospitality-and there were beautiful wandering chickens and roosters to boot. Would love to return.

Selected this quaint bed and breakfast over the range of chain hotels available in the Carlisle area and became the envy of our business colleagues who did not! Arrived late afternoon with the sun still shining. A small road side sign welcomed us (it is tough to see) and then a short drive down a gravel road to the B&B....

I was touring Dickinson college and Bushnell University for my son. I was flying in late and only needed one night. I could not have dreamed of a more comfortable stay, unless I had a kind friend or relative that lived in a beautiful historic home in central Pennsylvania. Kim and her husband were really accomodating. I arrived late, but...

What a little gem this place is! Brent was on the front porch to greet us upon our arrival and he got us settled in quickly. The home is comfortable and both Kim and Brent do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. Most B&Bs only have coffee service during breakfast, but at Fallen Tree, coffee, tea,...

Two night stay was great. Very comfy beds and very tasty breakfast. Place is a continual work in progress but quite charming and owners try very hard to please. Also had a small group wedding reception here and they did it all- dinner, cake- all in package. Very good beef tenderloin and salmon..

We are so glad we chose Fallen Tree Farm for a getaway! My husband and I needed a break from the daily grind and chose this B&B because it was one of the only historic and pet friendly locations in the area. Fallen Tree Farm didn't disappoint. As soon as we arrived, Brent made us feel very welcome and gave...

Spent one night in a suite with two kids. The inn has a country setting complete with horses, but it is still close to Carlisle. Finding a kid-friendly bed and breakfast is not easy, and this one was not settling for something less. The inn is comfortable and nicely decorated. The innkeeper was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return.

First the great! Food was awesome, So yummy. Obvious care and culinary ability went into making a lovely breakfast of strawberries and yogurt, melon, quiche, baked apple and ice cream, pumpkin muffins. Even when we arrived at about 6:30 pm brownies awaited on the sideboard and tea and coffee was always at the ready. Brent was a great host letting...

“For true seclusion, I'd recommend the top floor room (Coyle), worth the stairs. The Graham room has its own porch on the front, which looked quite nice. Library room on the main floor had it's own large screen TV, and is RIGHT by the front door, very convenient.”
