Indian Head is unique in that the location is at the fork of Fishing Creek (wide slow moving) where it meets the Susquehanna River. It is wonderful if you like to kayak, canoe or wade far out to fish. The bottom is round rocks so kids can wade and play. It is very near Bloomsburg so running out to get...

It's a good place to stay the owners were nice and it had what I was looking for lots of room for the kids to play, close to the fair grounds, big pull through sites and easy hookups. Very close to Bloomsburg or Danville. We didn't need to use their amenities so I can't comment on them. Very level grass...

This was our 5th time back and we had a great time again. We like to be close to the bathroom with the kids but we were far away enough in the trees to enjoy ourselves. They are friendly and very accommodating at the campground. We are booking our trip back again for this year.

This campground is old, poorly maintained and expensive for what it offers. It has muddy streets, no cable TV, One poorly maintained shower and toilet facility. There is a $20 charge for early check in even if nothing has to be done to prepare the campsite. The refund policy is also punitive. Not a friendly place.

The grounds were just OK. Apparently, there was a lot of rain a few days before we got there and the ground was still damp and the road was rutted. The restrooms are adequate; need more lighting. Easy enough to get to.

I stayed there one night in my RV. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even drove me to my site rather than just pointing it out. All facilities were available. The wifi was spotty but I was quite a ways away from office. The area was clean and the fireworks for the July holiday was a nice bonus. I...

The only reason we stayed there was because of the proximity to our daily destination. The customers service was horrible and the manager was terribly rude to me when I was seeking information. The general location to Bloomberg was excellent as well. The junk around the office was appalling.

We couldn't get into our usual campground and needed one close to Knoebel's Grove, this is where we ended up. It was nothing special, but, we didn't need it to be as we were headed to the park each day. The full hookups are drive through which is a plus but they were also right out in the open. Nice...

This was my third time staying at the Indian Head Campground. I own a local Outfitting company, and I organize trips on the Susquehanna. The location and access of this tent area is unequalled in the region. If you like to paddle, fish, or camp in a shaded area - you will enjoy Indian Head Campground. It's not luxury -...

Staff was pleasant. The sites large and most are pull thru types. Was not croweded at all. The few permanant campers there were pleasant and quiet. Easy access to the stream and river via the boat launch.
