My family and I went to Ricketts Glen for the first time this year. It was awesome. The Falls were beautiful the trails were a little slick and there were quite a few people on the trails at the same time, but it was definitely worth it. We stayed at Ricketts Glen campground and the campground was great. The only...

Spent a week in the park in a Modern Cabin and enjoyed it very much. Cabins are clean and have baseboard heat, full kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor accommodations include a fire-pit, charcoal grill and porch with two Adirondack chairs. Will not hesitate to come back to the cabins or the park. Love this park and the cabins just make it...

Ricketts Glen is a fantastic park and well worth a visit. I've been there many times and am always amazed at the beautiful hiking. The falls trail is absolutely stunning. On the other hand, the campgrounds are not so great (this was my first time staying in them). Although the sites themselves are roomy and nice, there are only 2...

The campground, ideally located, offers large enough sites with much privacy from each other. Showers are free and really clean, though water was mostly cold when we used it (only stayed two nights, so maybe it was only bad luck). The small beach (for kids) can be reached by foot, as well as some hiking trails, including Falls trail (or...

I love it here. The campground is clean and quiet. It is on state gamelands which are patrolled routinely by the rangers. Thre are bathrooms and showers which are routinely cleaned. There is a manmade lake where you can rent kayaks, pedalboats etc. They have a concession stand. You can fish and swim. There are trails for hiking one of...

Our family of four camped here in our pop-up over Memorial Day Weekend in site 10. We greatly enjoyed the recreation opportunities that Rickett's Glen has to offer. The waterfalls hike is a must if you've got the lungs and footwear for it. There are less scenic trails that are less work, but I know of nowhere else where you...

Ricketts Glen is an amazing place to go when you need to just get away from the stresses of the world for a few days or even a few hours. My fiance and I have booked one of the Modern Cabins for the past three years and although we are their for a week, it feels like we have had...

I love Ricketts Glen! I was born and raised at the bottom of the mountain! We always stayed in the cabin many times! It's very beautiful and peaceful! I miss my mountains and can't wait to take my daughter to visit! Nothing like have these mountains as your view from my front porch growing up!!!!

My boyfriend and I went to Ricketts Glen and rented a cabin there for 2 nights. We absolutely loved the cabin. No cell phone service, no internet, no tv, no distractions. Just me and my boyfriend and the gorgeous park with over 26 miles of trails. We hiked the falls trails each day for about 8 miles. Amazingly beautiful. Be...

Our group of six reserved two camp sites for the Labor Day weekend and had a blast! The campgrounds are beautifully maintained, and the bathrooms, shower stalls and dish washing stations were a total luxury. There were also myriad activities going on during the weekend (we did not check them out, but they sounded interesting -- craft activities for kids,...
