Celebrated my husbands birthday. The service was friendly. Decor was on point for the historic nature of the building. Food was very tasty. Cute gift shop also. Can't speak for the bar portion of the restaurant as we ate in the dining room. Loved the hand scrub in the bathroom, nice touch. Will return.

Walking into the basement is like walking back in time. Similar to williamsburg but with traditional modern flare. Slightly dark and wpodburning fireplace may not be for everyone, but great experience. Good stop after visiting the flight 93 memorial. Will be back!

We just returned from a great weekend from this amazing place! I can't say enough good things about it or the people who run it. Our friends, my husband, and I rented all the rooms and ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast there, and all 3 were amazing. Our waitress for dinner was Missy, and she did an outstanding job. She...

And it probably still captures the spirit of 76. Have been coming to the Jean for many years. Takes you back in time like Williamsburg does. Upstairs so-so; hit the tavern below for stone walls, wood beams and the smell of the great fireplace usually warming the intimate setting. Food is always solid. And focused on the traditional. You've had...

Enjoyed a wonderful meal here with my young children. Service was very good and very friendly. Great food and glad they take reservations. An added bonus is the history associated with this restaurant. The atmosphere only enhances the dinner.

This is a great place to get away. The rooms well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The free breakfast is the best I've ever had in any B&B or restaurant. One of the highlights here is Janet. She is the housekeeper and not only does an excellent job at keeping the rooms clean, but is the nicest person...

No matter if you sit up in the bar or downstairs the rustic atmosphere is great. I love going in the fall and winter when the fireplace is going. Food is always good. A favorite is the Lobster mac and chesse which is a Dec special, only wish it was year round.
